I tried the Jorgobe Niacinamide Serum
I tried the Jorgobe Niacinamide Serum. It sits quite sticky on top of the skin, and takes a long time to absorb so I would not recommend using this at night. I continued use for a few days until I broke out and got small acne pimples on my face - they went away when I discontinued use of the serum. I had high expectations of this serum because I heard so many good things about it, and the ingredients are seemingly really good. I'm disappointed - it didn't live up to my expectations.

Love this brand!
I’ve tried the serum oil, new peel-off mask and the scrub and they’re all amazing! They are so well formulated and completely transform your skin. Could not recommend more and can’t wait to try new products! Oh I tried the niamicide serum and it wasn’t my favorite.

Best my skin has looked since I don't…
Best my skin has looked since I don't know how long. The prices are reasonable so far just tried the peel off mask and the white tea moisturiser sample that came with. I currently also use African black soap and a Boost syrum with it. However, I really feel the Jorgobé white tea moisturiser has taken my skin to the next level. I look forward to trying more Jorgobé products.

Hello Patrick! We're very sorry (and also surprised) to hear you've had such a bad experience with the Original Black Peel Off Mask. I would be happy to look into what could have happened, so I hope you don't mind me asking you two questions:
1) Did you shake the product before use? If it has been standing still for an extended period, then the exfoliating film can extract itself from the rest of the formula. This will in general cause the product to not behave as expected.
2) Can you please share with me the batch number? This is visible on the top-back of the product, just above the "UK" description. If you could share this, I'll be able to check with our production lab and see if there have been any issues with this batch.
I hope you'll take the time, so we can find a solution to your experience together.

My skin has not seen an improvement after using thre three products - the 'after' feeling especially after scrub+cream is very refreshing, however I have had more break-outs on my face since. I think the black mask needs to be applied in a very thick layer in order to be removed easily, otherwise it's a hassle to take it off. The face cream is nice, but doesn't leave my face very different to other creams.The products are good, the quality is there but I didn't fall head over heels over these proiducts.

In conclusion, when you start using the Peel Off Mask it cleanses your pores in depth, which means the outer clogging will be removed with the mask itself. Because of this, your pores can become more visible in the beginning of the treatment, and you can perhaps experience some impurities. This will ease off as your skin is undergoing a cleansing process.
It is, however, important to bear in mind that some blackheads and impurities are deeper rooted in the skin than others, and they will therefore take longer time to get out.
I hope it makes sense and as mentioned we would very much like to hear from you, to see if we can somehow help you to achieve the results you were hoping for.
