Journey Official Won’t Respond to Requests
Purchased a SWIV 3-in-1 Wireless Charging Station × 1 on or about 22 May 2024. I’ve used it a couple of times and have taken good care of the charging station; however, on my last trip to the US I tried to use the charging station and only the Apple Watch charger worked.
Have reached out to Journey Official twice and they won’t respond to my request on how to get the device repaired. Since I’ll be in need of a new 3 in 1 charging device, Journey Official will not be on my list of vendors from where to purchase said device. Very disappointing given the positive reviews I’ve seen from other customers.
