I bought a Jovani dress for my engagement and bridal shower, and it was honestly perfect. The quality and fit were exactly what I wanted, and it photographed beautifully. I got so many compliments! Definitely worth it for such an important occasion.

It doesn't seem to matter that we are a small shop in the South. Our success is important to the whole! Our Jovani representative is the BEST. Julia greets us with a smile and is always ready to assist. She introduces us the the models and other reps that assist us with the her same enthusiasm as well.

My account was restricted so that I could not place an order, without warning. Apparently I was due for a yearly minimum, which is fine but I was not told in advance. When I called to place the order, the sales representative took my card information verbally and accidently charged it for a large amount of money and cleaned out the account. It took her 5 days to issue the refund after I reported it and another 7 for the bank to issue it. Meanwhile my business was at a complete standstill as she tied up all of my money. In the end she didn't even send the dresses I needed for the initial order.

Jovani used to be (at least)just above Sherri Hill...but congrats...you are now the lowest in the industry! At least your sell thru rate and the Jovani name brought customers into the store...but no longer...so why carry Jovani...when horrible cust service and not profitable as other companies? Diffinetly not worth the headaches!
