I ordered 4 colognes. 2 of them canceled and the other two haven’t shown up in 3 weeks, and this website sucks. Please listen to me cause i’m actually trying to advise people to not buy from this because i was gullible into buying from it and now i lost like 240$ because getting a refund is so hard because i can’t even find it

I placed an order on December 3rd with a total value of £130, which is not a small amount of money. As of today, I have received no product, no dispatch confirmation, and no tracking information, and the order status still shows “waiting for details.”

I understand that this is a busy time of year due to the holiday period, however I contacted customer support on December 19th asking for an update and have not received any response whatsoever. The complete lack of communication is disappointing and concerning given how long it has been since the order was placed.

At this point, I would simply like clear information on whether the order has been dispatched, when it will arrive, or whether a refund is required. Unfortunately, the silence from customer support has left me with no confidence in the service.

I hope this can be resolved promptly, but based on my experience so far, I cannot recommend ordering until communication improves.

I ordered my package over a week ago, and it said the delivery date would be today (December 23rd) I haven’t received ONE single update even about shipping. They’re absolutely scammers. I emailed them and got no response so that’s amazing. They better send me my thing or they’re getting reported as fraud.

Fast shipping tbf came in 6 days

I got ordered a fragrance 20 days ago as a christmas present. During this time they have proceeded to only answer one email, send no tracking information, and ultimately leave me with no certainty if I will get it before christmas. Scam and a waste of money.

utterly diabolical... ordered 27th November. 17th December and no delivery confirmation. one reply to customer service emails on 5th December and nothing since. Can only assume other reviews are their own friends... utter garbage of a company to deal with and zero customer service. Scam written all over it. Website states 24/7 support... what a joke. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CLOWNS

Wow reply saying delivered 23rd November? I didn’t order until the 27th!?!? Shows what a bunch of scammers these lot are. Requested free fragrance is a lie. I have emails to prove it all. Anyone interested can have them sent on. Amazing they can reply to a review but not website contact or emails requesting updates. Liars and scammers.

Now updated to delivered 31st November? It gets better! Firstly it hasn’t been delivered. Secondly there is no 31st November. Why are you lying? The one email response I did get from you stated that the product would be despatched 8th December.

I’ve contacted you several times and nothing in response. I expect an apology here too for your lies about me.

So now you’ve corrected your date to the 30th November…. So what does your system show?? 23rd, 31st 🙄 or 30th??? Can’t show them all now can it (especially when one isn’t even a real date!). Just proving all of my points about your lies. Now, if you don’t mind I’d like to request that you remove the lies about me requesting free scent, we both know that never happened. I’ve since bought the scent from the original brand itself, paid a fair bit more but have tracking details. Chargeback successful against your business for a refund. Wonder why that is? You can lie all you want but we both know that you didn’t fulfil my order and you didn’t communicate. I can rest easy knowing my review is factual, honest and correct.

I saw you also called Isaac out for blurring reviews…. Yet you, yourself have added two 5 star reviews for your business using your jovawear account (yes I’ve reported those too) funny how things are very much you guys as the victims isn’t it, especially when you’re nothing but crooked. I don’t take kindly to being accused of fictitious things and I also don’t take kindly to being scammed. Now apologise for your lies and let that be an end to it. Otherwise my solicitor will be in contact with regard to defamation of character (no I’m not flexing or making idle threats. I genuinely intend to sue you should you not remove your false allegations - let me remind you that I have all of the screenshots, emails and proof in this matter, you have nothing but made up nonsense).

hey guys! i ordered Bianco Latte on discount at a eye watering £85, and it came 7 days later, brand new, smells amazing, suich a good gourmand scent!

Amazing value for expensive fragrances. I bought ysl 100 ml and it was absolutely breathtaking . If you wants to get a fragrance i would 10000% recommend that you chose jovascents over any place like boots

Im pretty sure its an alias store from justmylook, but i ordered Althair for £102, 75ml, and it arrived 9 days after! its real, and smells soo nice!
