Delivery always prompt

The good were supposed to be delivered on Thursday - they weren't.
Thet were supposed to be delivered on Friday - they weren't.
Following my complaint to you I received an emil saying you would work to have them delivered today, Monday.
I reveived an email from DX stating they would be delivered soetie between 8am and 6pm - so much for a delivery window of either 2 or 4 hours.
I received a text fro DX at 11.05 stating they couldn't deliver yet we had been at home at that time.
I, again complained to your office.
The goods were delivered and I received amail to that effect at 2.28pm.
The failure to deliver on either Thursday or Friday totally messed up my work plans for the weekend.

Usually the service from your company has been outstanding, it is most disappointing that you have been seriously let down by DX.
I now have to rearrange my work schedule.

Good delivery service and customer service

Love my soap powder,this is a repeat order as I got the first 2 lots from Amazon, but then discovered that I could order direct from yourselves. Great results and a lovely fresh fragrance. Only downside is the site needs to be quicker at responding to orders completed, as it kept shutting down and I now have 2 lots. Upside is that I will not need to reorder for around 6 months.
