I order 124 mini sneaker boxes for wedding favors and there is only 86, the invoice was also wrong it said it was a 120 pieces. I have several emails and the receipt which states I ordered 124. I have contacted customer service several times with no response. However when I contact them about placing an order I get a response within a hour. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

Something always seems to be missing and when i ask they said they r out of it. They don't say anything or refund u u less YOU catch i, very unprofessional and I'm done shopping here until they straighten their act up

Quality products, and good customer service

I ordered 8 AB Heart headbands but received 8 white.

I notified the company.

They have done nothing to resolve the issue and this was my first order and may be the last.

I really want to give them 5 stars. theirs a couple of things that they could improve within there company. on there website, if an item is sold out, it doesn’t tell you it’s sold out. I believe this is my second time , I was sent a partial order and wasn’t given the option to pick something else, ( 4 items, quantity of 19 items) were sold out! Then I was given a gift card. Now, I ordered again ( using the gift card)and half the items were sold out again, I understand they probably sell out very quickly, but a ( sold out) on the item of interest on the site , would make it so much better. Saves time and the hassle on both the buyer and worker. 2nd order came with some stained items. I notified the employee and they said, the pictures I sent were not clear. I resent the pictures and he said “ okay I see”. The fact you have to wait two weeks for them to gather your products and another week to ship, you would expect your order at least to be complete and not stained. I’ve been extremely patient with them, yes, given the circumstances I was very annoyed with them at this point. If you’re going to order, make sure you ask if the items you placed an order with are available. Like I said, I would love to give them 5 stars but they need some things to change.

It took more than a month from the date I placed my order to the day that I received it. Processing and shipping is far too long...especially for the small order that I placed. Shipping is too high. More than half of my order was out of stock (one of the items was damaged), and I was not contacted to be made aware that items were out of stock. Even in the shipping email notification, I was not made aware that items were out of stock. When I reached out via WhatsApp I was told that my phone number was incorrect. I replied that I should have been contacted by email or by WhatsApp. After major complaining, I received a refund. I will never shop here again.

there was so many bags that you did not have and wanted to refund me in a gift card instead on my card

My only issue with this company is that it takes so much longer than other companies that are in the same country to get items from them. The quality is nice but be sure to look through all the pictures to know what you are truly getting don't go by the first 2 pictures
