Amazing customer service
Our puzzle table arrived damaged. I contacted JoyBerri Customer Support and was assisted immediately by Raymund in Customer Care. The response was amazing and speaks highly of both Raymund and JoyBerri. Raymund arranged to have a replacement sent immediately and it arrived in just a couple of days. It is nice to know that there are still companies that really care about their customers.

I can’t say enough good things about Joy Berrie! Their customer service is absolutely outstanding, and they truly stand behind their products 100%. I was missing a part from my order, and as soon as I contacted them, they shipped out a replacement with no questions asked. The entire process was quick, easy, and completely hassle-free.
It’s rare to find a company these days that genuinely cares about its customers the way Joy Berrie does. Their professionalism, responsiveness, and commitment to making things right have earned my trust, and I’ll gladly continue doing business with them. Best Outlet for Child's Trampoline
I purchased a 10' Joyberri trampoline through Amazon from Joyberri. We have gotten a ton of use on the product and my son and his friends love the basketball hoop attachment. They may have loved it too much and damaged two of the outer poles due to such rough use. I contacted Customer Support seeing if there was a way to simply replace the poles due to them being bent. Nothing was wrong with the product at all, this was a most definitely a user error type problem.
I was connected with a Joyberri Representative within the hour and a plan was put together to ensure that we weren't dissatisfied. Instead of sending replacement poles, Raymund offered to send an entire replacement trampoline! It arrived to our house in CA within the week, now I just have to put it together.
10/10 would recommend, I am blown away by the weight they put on customer satisfaction.
The price is reflected into the product as well, its well made, and relatively easy to assemble.
BUY FROM JOYBERRI IF YOU CAN.

We love our trampoline and the customer service is above and beyond!! Raymund was so helpful and compassionate when we unfortunately had a terrible storm that damaged ours. He went well above my expectations with fixing the situation so my kids could get back to jumping. Honestly a company that truly cares about their customers. Could not say enough wonderful things!

Great product and customer service
We bought the bounce house from Joyberri and my kids love it. It’s such a great buy for summer, they don’t want to stop playing on it. It blows up within 1 minute and so easy to set up.
The customer service is outstanding! They even reached out to me to ask if everything was going well with my purchase and to reach out if there are any issues. Such a nice gesture! Would definitely recommend.

I have loved my puzzle table
I have loved my puzzle table. I enjoy being about to change the height, depending on if I am standing or sitting. The drawers are helpful when sorting pieces. Also, when I am not working a puzzle, the table folds down to store easily. With little ones at my house, the plastic has been valuable to place on top of the puzzle to protect the pieces. I love this table!

Easy interaction
I called twice, both times I was on hold for about 20 seconds before being disconnected. That was annoying until a text came through that asked me for my concerns. At that point, I was able to easily communicate with a live person (Rose, she was great!) & get my issue partially resolved. Unfortunately the parts I needed are on backorder, but looking forward to hearing from them soon enough! Very easy communication, thank you Joyberri!!!
