Literally worst company ever
Literally worst company ever. Bought several dresses for family pics and had planned to return the ones that did not work out. They claimed they are not able to be returned due to being discounted. The rep told me it informs me of that upon check out. That is a lie. I went back and added more items and went to check out to see if it ever popped up that items cannot be returned if they are discounted. No where did it say it. They stole hundreds of dollars from me. I regret not seeing all these reviews by others before I made my purchase.
After half my order was delivered
After half my order was delivered, they informed me the other half was out of stock, would I like a different size? By then I didn't have time to order anything else in time for the intended use date. Bad customer service.
Horrible, horrible, horrible Company
I got a dress for my daughter with this Company for my daughter. She is going to be a flower girl in a wedding. The bride liked this dress from this company (not my choice). We got the dress and it was too small. I ordered the next size up, thinking i wouldn't have a problem sending the small one back. Oh No! I paid $10 dollars to send it back to this company only to find they couldn't return it. THEN, they told me that I would have to spend more money to send me back the dress. I told them they could keep it and I would never ever buy from them again. SUCH BAD BUSINESS.

Sent back a $300 dress that was not the color I needed for family pictures. It was in perfectly new condition, because I barely took it out of the box, but they send an email saying it had a stain on it so they couldnt except the return and said I could donate it or pay for return shipping. First of all I think not. I know the dress was in perfect conditon, so theyre just going to resell it!! Second of all what a complete joke! It was my fault for giving then the benefit of the doubt, because as you can see this is their MO!! DO! NOT! ORDER! FROM! THEM!!!
Joyfolie's return policy is costly!
Joyfolie's return policy is not transparent. READ FINE PRINT: Online, Google says "Joyfolie's refunds unworn and tagged". Beware: returning clothes on "final sale" Joyfolie sends you to a sister site, "Treet". You list your returns to sell on Treet, who drops the price you set every week till it sells. Then you ship to the buyer. Joyfolie's also receives 30% of the selling price. It is NOT WORTH IT. There are plenty of other sites, that offer the same quality of clothes and better return policies.

The company did not list their items as non-returnable and in fact charged me for "order protection and easy returns". I can now not return anything. Very deceptive company. I then tried to review the items I bought and can't return and my review won't show up, only good reviews!

If I could give zero stars I would as well. Avoid this company at all costs!!!! Like the others are saying, they approved my return and three months later said they wouldn’t approve it after all!!! I had shipped the item back three months prior! This is a total scam. I hope they go out of business and stop taking advantage of people. Do not show here. I will be reporting to the Better Business Bureau as well — I suggest all who got scammed do the same!
Avoid Joyfolie at all costs
If I could give 0 starts for this company, I would. Their return policy is deceptive at best, you must return within 30 days of the order date. Not shipping date, when you order, and it has to be in their warehouse within 30 days of that date. No other brand requires this.
Secondly, I returned a hat and dress within this time period. It took them 3 MONTHS to process my return, then they accused me of returning the hat in unsellable condition, and would not refund it. Never mind that it had been sitting in their warehouse for over three months, under who knows what. Avoid them at all costs, you will not be able to meet their impossible return policy.
Scammer company on its returns
Scammer company on its returns. Will take over 90 days to review, then will say there is some wrong with the item despite it never being tried on. They sent an image with no defect. Notice their website has “gently used item” those are returns they have stolen from customer and never gave them their money back. Buyer beware, do not support a company that makes their money scamming people and reselling to double their profits. This commany needs to be seriously investigated.
False advertisement!! They said an item was final sale after i purchased it
A dress is to small and they wont exchange it. They claim it was final sale but didnt say when i bought it and doesnt say on confirmation or was in in my cart.

Stay far away from this company. Should have know they we’re a scam business immediately after placing an order with them and 3 days later they couldn’t even find my order in their system in order to confirm what was actually ordered and order status even after supplying them with their own confirmation number . Only after threatening to stop payment a few days later did they confirm the order was bring shipped but still no details as to order content . When oder finally arrived and the items were tried on and found not to fit properly, I recontacted them to initiate a return and was.told no refund or exchanges because the items were discounted at time of sale. I then tried to explain that their policy claimed they offered store credit in these cases and still they refused to honor their policy. Their only offer was for me to put the items on their web site as “previously owned items available for sale”. to see if it would sell there , yet none of the items have ever been worn other then trying them on for fit. I now own 3 New unused dresses at a cost of $250 that do not fit only 1 week after the original purchase Date. Quite the business plan: Mark up items you sell by 50% over your originally determined selling price of a mediocre quality product at best to start with, then make it look like you’re giving a 40% discount at the time of the sale so you don’t have to deal with returns by pointing you to your. Non- sensical return policy . Run far away from this company before you spend a penny of your hard earned money.

If you're thinking about buying from them, don't. Their return policy is a joke and they do not accept returns or exchanges of any kind despite saying they do.

I’m sure it’s in the fine print but you are unable to return items purchased with a discount however they still charge you a fee for free shipping and returns. I would never support this company

Be aware their return policy is not what they say it is, you have to read the fine print before you buy. They advertise really discounted clothes often but they do not allow returns on "discounted items". Almost all of their clothes are discounted all the time. They always have deals to lure buyers in. They overprice their clothes to make them look expensive and high quality, they are not. They are from china like everything else. They will not do exchanges even with sizing issues. So you're stuck with the clothes that don't fit. As others have said they regularly advertise that they offer returns but there is a lot of fine print behind that. Quality wise they're OK. They're clothes are thick and heavy in my opinion and not well made. Some of have fit me others have not. Sizing seems overall accurate.
No Returns and they don't follow their own policy
90% of my order was gorgeous and good quality. One item came damaged and one item was just ugly. As others mentioned, their returns are a joke. For the prices you pay, they should honor their customers with allowing returns. They don't even follow their own policies. I wanted to exchange my item and they refused because it was discontinued. I pointed them to their own policy that exchanges are allowed on discounted items and they closed and denied my case anyways.
This company is horrible to deal with
This company is horrible to deal with. I bought a dress and attempted to return it within a week of receiving the item. They initially said that they could not accept the return due to it not meeting their return policy. After I proved to them that the dress was not on sale and I did not use a discount code they sent me a way to return the dress. I of course was made to pay all return shipping. I received an email on March 25, 2025 saying they received my return and would review the item within 10days. On July 16th I received an email saying they could not accept the return due to a stain. I know there was no stain when I returned it and it has now been in their hands for nearly 4 months and they are attempting to deny the return.
STAY AWAY
I have purchased many dresses for myself and my daughter from Joyfolie. While their dresses are nice, their customer service is absolutely pitiful. I purchased 2 dresses in May for my daughter’s kindergarten graduation. One did not fit so I returned it in the EXACT condition I received it, tags still on. I got an email the return was received on June 3rd. I have yet to receive my refund! I emailed them 5 times over the last month and a half and each time received the same cookie cutter response saying “we have contacted our warehouse and have escalated your issue we will let you know when it’s resolved.” I finally got sick of their robot responses and reported them to the BBB (first time ever doing that). Well wouldn’t you know the day after I did that and they were notified I got an email saying they wouldn’t refund me because the belt is missing from the dress. It didn’t come with a belt on it and I thought to myself oh I guess they just had the model wearing a belt to accessorize it (as they often do). They are being petty and spiteful. There are much better companies out there with higher quality clothing like Nora Lee, Rylee and Cru, or Indie Blue. I highly recommend one of them over this shady company that won’t even treat their loyal customers with respect. And from the looks of these other reviews it seems like mine is not the first return they’ve misplaced or given an issue with. Hmmm. Sounds like a them problem. STAY AWAY!
Joyfolie is predatory
Joyfolie is predatory. They solicit a fee for returns, but have a separate return policy that does not allow returns on most of their items.
I followed up directly to confirm why I paid a fee for returns that are not allowed, and they indicated it was an optional fee. I’m not sure that this is even legal.

If I could give zero stars I would. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever had. I purchased three items in late April 2025. Returned two of the items early May (within their return timeframe) and Joyfolie acknowledged they received the items on May 6, 2025. I have yet to receive my refund which is around $150.00 owed. Multiple emails - because that’s the only way to reach them- telling me they are behind in processing refunds. It’s been over 60 days. I have been purchasing from them for years for both of my daughters and this is the first time I have needed to return anything.
This place is expert at finding an excuse to not give you your money back!
Do not buy from this company unless you’d like to just throw your money to the wind. Like many others, I was told that 3 strands of hair on my return made the product unsellable. Now I’m out $300 even though the product was in perfect condition. Scary that they have done this over and over. The kicker…the told me this 4 months after I returned the dress.
