Zero support for defective S10-S-Z scooter (Error E06) – Warranty is a scam
I purchased a Joyor S10-S-Z 2000W Dual Motor scooter from joyorprime.com (Order/PayPal ID: 9J41370986796191K).
Shortly after purchase, the scooter developed a major technical fault: Error E06 flashes on the screen and the motor cuts out every 300–600 meters. The product is unusable and unsafe.
I contacted their support, and after one initial response asking me to "check the wires," they have completely ignored my last 3 emails. I have provided all the information they requested, but they have gone silent to avoid their warranty obligations.
In the EU, we have a 2-year legal guarantee, but this shop does not honor it. If you are looking for a reliable scooter with actual after-sales support, STAY AWAY from JoyorPrime.
I am now forced to initiate a chargeback through my bank and report this to consumer protection authorities.
Pros: None when the scooter is broken.
Cons: Terrible customer service, no warranty support, defective electronics.
