Amazing service. Jessica and her team looked after a property I stayed at and were incredible. They went above and beyond to ensure I had all information required, always knew who to contact and regularly checked in on us.

Abysmal service. My house was managed as an AirBnb. Cleaning was not done properly. Various items in the house were damaged, including fire-door closers being removed, a doorframe was pulled away from the wall. These problems were not remedied before new guest arrived; this resulted in a 2 star review. There was a constant rubbish problem that went on for months because the wheelie bins put out were not collected because the rubbish had not been sorted.

We did offer to send a cleaner back for the oven and other bits you feel were missed. I am aware it has been nearly 3 months since we managed your property but should you still wish for us to do this, I can.
Unfortunately, the fire door closer with the fire doors was too heavy for the door frame to handle which is why the door frame pulled away from the wall. The rubbish situation with neighbours using the bins as well as the guests was very unfortunate and one we worked at for a long time to sort. This problem stopped when we moved the bins to the back garden and got indoor recycling bins for the guests to make it easy for them to know where to put what. (For anyone with a Airbnb property, this worked really well and I would recommend!) and I personally attended the property multiple times to pick up rubbish that the foxes had gotten too.
However, I appreciate you taking the leave feedback and expressing your opinions. I apologise again that you were not happy with the service.
Jessica and the team covered all aspects of managing my rental property, from advertising, and finding a reliable tenant, to regular inspections, taking rental payments, and dealing with any maintenance issues. Really would recommend them to anyone and everyone!
