Fantastic service
Fantastic service. Dan & Nathan cleaned my astro turf & patio so thoroughly- including disinfecting & clearing pigeon droppings safely- that I genuinely didn't know it could look so green & clean!!
They were friendly, hardworking & professional experts, who take pride in their work & were punctual & pleasant.
Victoria in the office was quick to respond & very helpful. Great service all around- I wouldn't hesitate for a second to recommend.

Delighted with JR Cleaning. They cleared all the moss from my block paving and brick wall. It all looks like new now! They came on time and did a really fantastic job. I would definitely recommend them.

Bad customer service and disorganised
Arranged a site visit which was missed. The second visit was cancelled. The third visit the man arrived but couldn't fix the gutter. Told me the office would send a quote. Have been sending multiple emails to get the quote and repair done. Wasted 6 weeks trying to get anything out of them. Avoid, they are very disorganised.

No Show......
I booked a gutter repair and was given a date and time. I phoned the day before to check that JR Cleaning were still coming, and at the time booked. This was important, as I was going especially to the property for this work to be done. One hour after the appointment time nobody had arrived. I phoned JR Cleaning who said they'd get back to me . They didn't. I've had a wasted morning.

Awful customer service. Had to follow up 5 times to try and get a quote. Young girl was very rude on the final conversation. Avoid at all costs.

We contacted JR Cleaning because they were local and had good reviews. Our solar panels had become quite dirty over this year and their performance had dropped somewhat. When I rang the office they were very helpful and were able to give me an appointment in 2 days time. The gentleman came on time and was able to carry out a very thorough clean of the panels on both rooves. He used long ladders at the front and our orangery roof enabled access to the rear array. The job was very professionally carried out .He used special extendable brushes with hose attachments and the water went through a filtration system to remove particulate matter ,thus avoiding water marks when dried. We would thoroughly recommend JR cleaning . The Lawrences Hextable

Wish I had checked reviews first !!!
I run a site of 40 bungalows and flats and required a quote for carrying out the moss removal to the roofs. A date was booked in but was subsequently cancelled on the day they were due to attend. No alternative date given so it was left for me to chase and book.
A second date was given, this time, no cancellation, they just didn't show up which is unforgivable so I have taken my business elsewhere.
I WOULD URGE YOU TO DO THE SAME, They don't deserve it !!

Fantastic Paint Removal from Brick House
Mike came out to remove the paint from my house using their pressure steam cleaner and he did a fantasic job. He took the care and perseverance to get the job done to my satisfaction, to a very high standard.
Nothing was too much trouble for him in accomodating and he was careful to cleanup at the end of the day, staying late where needed.
I booked him a month in advance to fit with my schedule and he arrived as planned without any chasing or follow up.
Fully reccomend!
