Ordered a top and after 2 months of waiting I contacted them on 4 occasions and did not get any response. Had to claim the money back of my credit card company.
Worst customer service I've ever experienced and will never buy from them again

We ordered a football from atmos sports. When it arrived we pumped the ball up but it keeps going down - I've sent 4 separate messages now since 22nd August asking for a replacement or a refund and still had no reply.

Awful service, I brought a ball from them, once it was inflated it kept losing air I've emailed them loads of times and have been ignored every time, don't buy from this company because if your product is faulty they won't to anything to resolve the situation

Quick and simple website to use. Great price for the quality of the balls that we bought.

Quick delivery also.

I love this company but unfortunately the balls I’ve ordered came faulty and won’t stay inflated. I have emailed hoping you see this so it can be resolved 🙂

Placed an order that never arrived, had to then chase them up 5 days later to explain the problem, which was an issue with Royal Mail. A replacement delivery then followed…..hopefully the balls are fine and in good working order 🤞

good product for price

Haven’t received the goods, a refund, or a response as to what’s going on (despite much chasing), now having to try and recoup my clubs money via my bank.

Not received the items.
Emailed to ask and have not had a reply.

Still haven’t received the product

Still haven't received my order as apparently the incorrect postage was paid. Contacted company no response so far

Great communication all the way throughout purchase and delivery as promised.

I ordered 4 of 2 different colour balls, I received 6 of 1 colour and 2 of another. At least one of the balls won’t stay inflated. And after contacting company received no response. Cheap balls though on the positive

The balls are good quality but 3 out of the 10 balls will not pump up

I got a ball with a slit in it first and contacted their service and they resend me a good ball instantly

Great communication in relation to delivery with constant updates. Item cost fraction of price than anywhere else.

Revised review. Initially unhappy due to punctured ball but this was resolved with customer services and a replacement ball was provided. We've had quite a few footballs previously and they're great.

Brilliant service.
Slight problem with the first ball that turned up nothing to do with the company, but the quickly an efficiently sent me a replacement.

Professional an brilliant service I will be buying alot more from them very soon.
Only down side is that I wish they did more than just footballs with how well organised it was because I would get all my football equipment from them. Thank you
