From the very first interaction I had with David, right the way up until completion, the service I've received has been nothing short of outstanding. As a solo first time buyer, the whole process seemed very daunting, but David was there every single step of the way, always on hand to help with any questions or concerns I had.

David made my mortgage application completely painless for me, and kept me in the loop at every stage of the application.

David at Jubilee Finance was recommended to us by our Estate Agent. Being completely honest I was cautious of using a company I had not dealt with before. We had been let down by two previous Mortgage Brokers from a different company which had unfortunately resulted in our property purchase falling through. I was recommended Jubilee Finance (specifically Ross) for my mortgage by my financial adviser, and my brother who used Ross a few years ago.

Buying any home is stressful, but when buying my first home and not having any idea about the process or how things worked, Ross made the mortgage part of the process stress free. He was super responsive and happy to answer all of the questions I fired his way.

Ross managed to sort out my mortgage really quick which was much appreciated, as it was one major thing ticked off the list in the house buying process.

From start to finish David has been amazing, purchasing your first home is quite scary but David found exactly what we needed, he was there every step of the way and provided guidance and support, he understood we were up against it time wise due to our circumstances, he was very open with any fees and charges, and when looking for protection plans or insurances he understood that we had a budget, so helped to tailor these to our needs. I can't thank David enough for all he has done and also take the stress out of what you need to do when being a first time buyer. He put us in contact with a fantastic solicitor which again I wouldn't know where to start. Jubilee Finance are outstanding at what they do and David is a credit to the team.

The team at Jubilee Finance have guided me through the process of buying my first home and they always did so in a friendly and clear way. Once a mortgage was agreed they regularly checked in with me to hear how to process was going and I could ask them any questions. They were on hand to support getting the exchange over the line and they were reliable and supportive when I needed them the most. I was recommended Jubilee Finance by a family member who dealt with Richard previously. As a first time buyer, the process seemed very daunting. Whilst speaking to other mortgage advisors and listening to them sell me a dream, David at Jubilee acted. He has gone above and beyond to make the buying process as easy and stress free as possible for me. David called to explain any issues that had occurred, told me how he'd resolved it, and gave me a number of options for the next steps, whilst recommending the one that would suit me and my position the most. He checks in on his days off and follows up frequently. The buying process has been a breeze from start to finish and I wouldn't be able to say that if it wasn't for Jubilee Finance. Also not forgetting how helpful and friendly Richard and Helen have been too. Thank you all SO much!

Asked to cancel our agreement as per cancellation policy and requested a refund. It was cancelled and acknowledged on the 21.05.2024 we are still waiting for our money to be returned. The agreement is 28 days from cancellation and still we are waiting.

Fantastic service offered, was always the other end of the phone to answer any questions we may have had. Emails were promptly answered and no obligation to accept any other services they offered. Would highly reccomend Jubilee Finance as they go above and beyond to help.

The whole experience was simple and painless. The remortgage went very smoothly and they managed to avoid the excessive document requests that usually go hand in hand with this type of thing.

Flawless Experience

5 years ago Jubilee Finance handled my mortgage for my first house purchase. Great to see that 5 years later, the high standards are still common practice.

David has expertly handled the re-mortgaging of said house this time round. Clearly knows his stuff, articulated well to me in basic terms and patience throughout in ensuring that I make the best decision for my circumstances.
