For the price I paid, the car was amazing, the only thing I missed was the bluetooth, but for the rest all great!

Everything went smooth and the car looks and drives good. I am a happy customer. Would recommend this company for sure!

I have had worse cars and worse experiences from the major rental companies. I hired from JUCY and drove Cairns to Sydney in an SUV. Yes the car was a bit older and had a few Kms on the clock but it was more than up to the job. The staff at both Sydney and Cairns were ultra helpful and made the whole process of pick up and drop off a breeze. Thank you JUCY, I will definitely hire from you again.

The van provided to us was really old, with over 400,000 kilometers on it. If Jucy is going to rent out old vehicles, they should consider replacing all the interior components. Mechanically, the vehicle was 'okay,' but the interior, specifically the bedding and mattress did not feel clean. The sliding side door never closed properly and will never lock the first time.

We were picked up rapidly at the Cairns airport and the staff was very kind.

The price was probably 40% lower than the rest of the rental car providers. However, Jucy were amazing from start to finish. The customer service at both pick-up and drop-off were extremely good. They didn´t even charge us for additional driver and phone holder. The car was as expected, and drove like a charm!

Once again, Jucy provided a great home-on-wheels at a great price when we explored the Daintree rainforest and Atherton tablelands area. They even offer a shuttle to/from the airport. Everything is thought about ahead of time, and the rental includes everything you will need to have a safe, relaxed holiday. Insurance gives us no worries on our travels. Thank you again, Jucy, for another epic trip of memories!

This is literally the WORST company ever!!!! I would rather walk than give this company my money ever again. I rang to ask if i could pick up at city location rather than Cairns International airport and their staff told me I had to go to airport. Went to airport where all the other rental companies are and they told me that we had to call for a shuttle as they were off site. Called and left 3 messages for shuttle that never came. Called the office 6 times before they told me to get an uber to their CITY LOCATION!!! Staff were dismissive and car has over 110,000 on it. They just gave us the keys and told us to find it outside. A few hours later we tried to wind the back window up and it was stuck. Rang them and they said they would call back,so we waited, not wanting to leave the car with window down in the middle of a tourist area... but they didn't. So we took it back the next morning to get another car...this time a 2016 model with 240,000km on it. It was not clean but at least the windows worked. Don't do it. It's just not worth the little savings you may make!

Took 2 hours to get the car after our flight arrival.
Car allocated had a boot full of quilts, pillows etc. It had clearly not been cleaned. We were then offered the choice of 2 cars, with either 279,000 km or 438,000km on the clock. To do a damage inspection was a joke as every panel had damage. The inside of the car was dirty, rubbish in the seat pockets, cigarette burns in the grubby seats. A disgrace!!
The only saving grace was that it was a Toyota and mechanically sound. Brakes were OK but made lots of noise.
It was not cheap, and I will never rent from Jucy again.

Staff was super friendly and helpful! Very efficient and the car was great with competitive price! I was a returned customer and jucy never let me down! Speical thanks to Missy!

The shuttle driver (Cookie) from Cairns was awesome. Fantastic guy, definitely deserves a pay rise!
