Bought a set of wired Red Panda headphones for my daughter, when they arrived I was immediately concerned as they had been sent in just a black plastic bag, no other protection. The box inside was damaged and actually looked like it has been ripped open from the top. Subsequently the headphones don’t even, work which was such a disappointment! I have emailed the company, and they replied on the 10th June saying they would send a replacement out immediately - well it’s now the 21st June and we’re STILL waiting for a replacement and/or any tracking information, even after multiple attempts to communicate. Really disappointed as I wanted to avoid using Amazon and support a smaller business, but kinda wish I hadn’t now!

Marinela Is amazing! Customer service next to non, brilliant from the start I had a faulty charger that I purchased a couple of months ago, it unfortunately broke but Marinela was so helpful and got a new one sent out, brilliant service thanks Marinela! :)

Marinela at customer services was fantastic. She was friendly, helpful and very patient with me. I had a faulty cable & asked for a replacement cable. I was very plesantly surprised when a brand new power pack turned up in the post.

Top price for shite. Bought two charging cables at £15 each. Two weeks later, both have a weak kink near the top and one only fast charges!
SHOP FOR ANOTHER BRAND.

I bought a Juice cable for my phone in February. I contacted Juice customer service in May because this cable just stopped working and I didn’t feel, at £14, that this was acceptable.
Although the cable stopped working, I have to say that Juice were very helpful and dealt with my issue quickly and I have given 5 stars . I could not find my till receipt for the item, just a transaction receipt from my credit card but still a new cable was sent out to me the next day.

I have tried to return a power bank but the customer service is terrible. They do not reply to emails. I have had to email 3 times and am yet to have a response

I never received my item,I got a note saying they left my item with my neighbour but when I went to collect it they said they didn't have it.

I bought this charger last week. The first time I used it, it seemed to work fine. But since then, I connect it and the charge lasts 2 seconds and then stops charging. Hugely disappointing. I will contact customer services and see if they can help.

I placed my order on Saturday 23rd May, which is a bank holiday weekend so I expected a minor delay, but as I had not received a notification of dispatch by Wednesday 27th, I contacted customer service. They advised that my order had been dispatched, and was already with Royal Mail. They lied. Six hours later, they sent a dispatch notice, which means that it had just been collected. It is now 2 days later, and the tracking link they sent me is still not working, as Royal Mail haven't attempted delivery yet. Given that they charged me £3.99 for shipping, it seems they have used the cheapest possible delivery service and pocketed the rest. Utterly unprofessional, and a complete waste of time and money.
