I was a little concerned about ordering from this website after reading some of the trustpilot reviews. But I needn’t have been. My experience was very good.
I ordered a nest cocoon cushion and matching car seat blanket. It took around 10 days for the items to arrive (company based in Poland which explains delay). Items seem like lovely quality, arrived well packaged and were delivered via Royal Mail. Very good price too, considering some baby best cushions are £150. Hopefully the items wash and last well too; time will tell.

Kvůli špatným recenzím jsem Dlouho váhala zda objednat nebo ne. Nakonec díky tomu, že byla možnost platby na dobírku jsem to risknula.
Dodání trvalo týden což mě překvapilo, jelikož rovnou napsali že zboží bude odesláno ze skladu v Polsku, takže jsem nepočítal rychlé dodání ale do týdne přišlo 😊
Co se týká zboží, je krásné, materiál příjemný na dotek a za tu cenu vážně super 👍😊
Jediné co mě naštvou byla zabalená krabice, pouze jednou páskou takže kdokoli se do balíku mohl dostat a ani by se to nepoznalo 😡

Jinak za mě super, ještě čekám kojící polštář tak snad budu spokojená stejně tak jako u vybavičky do postýlky 😊

After reading the negative reviews, I was worried that I had been slammed. I emailed the company and they did reply back and asked me to be patient, my parcel is on the way. The gave me a tracking number which never tracked but My parcel came after two weeks after ordering and I am satisfied with my good.

I ordered the Summer Dream with Old Rose Minky™ fabric 5-Piece Set Comfort and I was given a Royal Mail tracker number. For some reason it never gave me updates but I still received my item. The only downfall was there was a small blue ink mark on the fabric. Other than that I was happy with what I received.

Item arrived, not what I was after. Read online takes 2 weeks for refund? Posted same day and 3 weeks later still waiting. Cindy customer service agent useless! Was told last person arrived and awaiting check. Cindy my word, said it’s stuck in Royal Mail when it showed Royal Mail signed received 2 days later. I stated I wanted a refund and she sent me a form to fill in when had details already. Sent form back and she still was asking if I want a refund, learn to read Cindy!

She said refund takes a few days last Thursday and still waiting. Filed a PayPal claim and sent details to ofcom

I was waiting for my order placed on 24 september, the lady answer very quick to my emails.
The only what they need to improve is delivery because is too slow, I received yesterday 14th october my order
The items what i bought are high quality and more beautiful that the picture.
I recommend this page. Just please Jukki team Improve the delivery.

Item did take about a week to arrive but their website did state that there may be delays. Amazing product so happy with the size and quality of it!! No problems at all.

I was reluctant to order after reading the reviews for August but I have to say my experience has been really positive. I ordered the pastel pink baby nest bundle last week and it arrived today in the UK, less than a week. I’m regally happy with the overall look and quality of the bedding, it meets my expectations and matched the pictures on their website. I would order again based on this.

I would give ZERO stars if I could. Poor customer service, delayed delivery with no explanation and an absolute shocking returns policy where they scam you out of money. They do not show to care for their customers and are clearly just out to make as much money as they can without any care about product quality or customer service. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Dommage, produit de bonne qualité, site plutôt bien dans la proposition et le choix des articles mais ne propose que Colissimo quel dommage. Je ne recommanderai plus tant qu'il y aura que ce type de livraison possible, que des problème, commander il y a presque 1 mois reçu aujourd'hui et même pas à domicile. Je sais bien que la livraison n'est pas la faute du site mais ils ne nous laisse pas d'autre choix. De plus aucun dédommagement ou geste commercial de la part de la marque après les avoirs contacter.

I ordered as they looked a good trustworthy company. When I placed my order I never received a confirmation email which was worrying, My order just says processing and nothing else. I emailed them and no response. Today I checked on companies house government site with the details on Jukki site and it says under the company number that the company dissolved in December 2021!! I am trying to get my money back now through my bank. They shouldn’t be allowed to keep advertising and using the trust pilot rating to gain your confidence. Very angry I’ve been conned and.

I ordered something from this website thinking it was legitimate but it clearly can't be as my order status is showing as processing even though I ordered my product a week ago. I've emailed them on numerous occasions for an update and had NOTHING back. Disgusting service. Not happy at all. I want my money back. Absolutely scam and waste of my money. AVOID. Says its based in Telford but clearly isn't. What a load scamming fools ahwell I'll be taking this further

I have ordered some items from Jukki but still do not have my order. They don't answer my e-mail....ignoring me.
I am very disappointed and angry because I spent 50 euros on the items I did not get.
I don't know what to do to get my money back.

All products are in exelent condition. I love items from this shop. Last month my parcel was stolen and delivered in the wrong address. Mrs Sandra from customer service help me a lot and she send me my order again and today i got it. All products are amazing!! Thank you so much for your help which is very profesional with a lot understanding.

I have ordered a maternity pillow on 9th July. On 12th July I have received an email confirmation that the order is been posted via Royal Mail 4-7 days. Today is 3rd August and my order is nowhere to be seen and a tracking number provided does not work. Before buying I checked the address as I've never heard of jukki uk. The company claims to be operating from Telford UK, however when I contacted them regarding my item, they told me to be patient as the goods are shipped from Poland! Unfortunately is been nearly a month, nothing is been delivered and the tracking number does not work. I contacted the company again on 26.07.2022 infoming that my purchase still did not arrived and asking for a refund of £24.98 and to no surprise I have not received any reply to this email. I am disappointed and angry because now I needed to purchase another pillow but I waited for the one I ordered and suffered being uncomfortable, hoping it will turn up. I wanted to order more of this website, including some lovely swaddle blankets but having a bad experience I will steer clear as so far no product, no money or response to my queries.

I ordered an item which was returned in next couple of days, and its been 18 days they have recieved it as i can track the item, but no refund been issued yet.
