Scam scam .... Run you will lost your money 4 month order no delivery run run

Bought and paid for 2 shirts 9 november 1 shirt turned up now 20 of december emailed them got a reply with whats app number dont buy from them lesson learned .

Ordered a football shirt then received an email saying they could not fulfill the order said they would refund but claim they are having problems issuing them this was 3 months ago excuse after excuse I wish I would of read the reviews first before ordering this company are a bunch of scam artists whatever you do do not order from these low life scumbags I really had no choice but to leave one star as I wouldn't be able to leave a review DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE LIARS AND CHEATS AND DON'T BELIEVE THE UK BIT IN THE NAME BASED IN CHINA SAYS IT ALL

After reading the reviews I was concerned,I ordered 6 shirts different sizes and teams on the 31st of October. I received all shirts on the 27th November.
Even though I was disappointed of how long they took to arrive, the shirts are good quality and all correct sizes and teams. I would order again, however order at least four weeks before you need it.

Would give 1 star if I could. Recieved 2 shirts both the same size. 1 arrived normal size and 1 was 3 sizes smaller. Asked for a refund and all I'm getting is excuses and offers of discount and telling me the cost of returning the item is too high. They are scammers. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Orded a few tops. 1 turned up the rest didn't.. very poor quality. Ripped off . Buyer Beware...avoid like the plague

Avoid at all costs orded 3 shirts , no communication , i tried to avoid the negative comments and give them the benefit of the doubt but unfortunately every review is correct , i been scammed of £60 , wish i checked these before i orded , this was ordered 8 weeks ago , still nothing , its a very unprofessional business and clearly dont have correct customer service as they give you a whatsapp number who also dont reply , when somethings usually to good to be true it is !!!

Ordered an anniversary shirt for Chelsea 120 year and a normal one turned up . When I challenged I was told if I buy another shirt I'd get the one I actually ordered for free. Unacceptable as no refund or replacement was offered. Was defo not going to buy another when the one they sent me was wrong. Avoid this company at all costs as it also only gets one answer a day.

With my experience with this website, I ordered four T-shirts they give you a straight away tracking number so you can track it expect to wait because mine took like at least 20 days to come. I think they’re not in UK. I would recommend using it.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Jumpe. The service has been absolutely unacceptable. I received the wrong item, yet the company refuses to offer a refund or exchange unless I pay the return postage myself. This is completely unreasonable and shows a total lack of respect for customer rights. I expected far better treatment and a basic level of accountability, but this experience has been nothing short of disgusting.

I have pressed the 1 star because there isn't a minus star. Shocking firm. I ordered a XL because the size chart said it was a 45 to 47 inch chest . When it came 26 days later it was 41 inch chest . I've made it clear to them I want to return it and get one that fits but they say they have no return address and I would have to buy another one and size up . As for getting my money back a complete no. Do not use this site

The order took longer than the 7 -12 days delivery and I emailed to query, I had a quick response back. Really pleased with the quality. Not notified of delivery date but it arrived in good condition. Would use again

After seeing all the bad reviews post ordering a shirt I thought it would never arrive but shock horror it did
The tracking is pointless.. It had said the item had been delivered in 2024 however Wednesday 10th September it arrived and the quality is surprisingly good and the fit is accurate ( England away shirt black).. For the doubters and all bad experiences mine worked out OK..

I ordered a Wolverhampton shirt in August. It came two weeks later. Will definitely use this site again.

I ordered Two football shirts with names and numbers both have arrived.
Both are quality items.
I was nervous after reading that some customers have had a bad experience.

After reading reviews left on trustpilot I thought I'd made a mistake and lost my money. After 3 weeks I contacted company to see what status of order was Reply came straight away with tracking number. Shirt arrived 2 days later. Great quality for a replica shirt.

100% SCAMMERS, I wouldn't even give 1 star but you don't give the option. Paid for a few tops in June, enquired about them in August, they say that items due to be delivered, wait another month or two enquire again and they try and tell you that you've received them because there 100% sure. And I'm 100% certain that I don't and CCTV can provide the evidence. Jumpe.co.uk isn't even in the UK, it's a Chinese SCAM site, take your money and give you nothing scammers. Don't fall for the co.uk thing. Because it's china money grabbers who don't care about sending you items that you might purchase from them, they make up tracking numbers and leave you skint 100% SCAM
