I hired Jumper Media for a 90-day Google Maps campaign. My engagement started in mid-February 2026, and Andy was my account manager.

I chose Jumper Media partly because their reviews made the company seem responsive, knowledgeable, and invested in helping businesses grow. My experience was different.

I was not expecting a miracle. My expectations were modest. If the campaign had generated even four inquiries per month through Google Maps, I would have considered that reasonable.

Instead, over the 90 days, I received zero inquiries that I could trace back to the Google Map Pack. I asked everyone who contacted me how they found me, and none came through the map pack. My Google Business Profile interactions and website clicks trended downward after I started working with Jumper Media. On two calls, Andy also acknowledged that it looked like things were going down.

Their dashboard showed keyword movement, but it did not translate into anything I could verify on the business side. Several keywords were already ranking strongly early in the campaign, some broader keywords finished lower than earlier points, and some tracked terms felt questionable from a search-intent perspective. Ranking for a keyword is not meaningful if it does not generate impressions, clicks, calls, or inquiries.

The keyword strategy felt unclear for much of the campaign. I repeatedly asked how keywords were chosen, whether they had meaningful search volume, matched real search intent, and whether broader, higher-intent terms should be prioritized. As the client, I expected the SEO company to lead this process clearly.

Communication was another major issue. I repeatedly had to follow up for answers while trying to implement their recommendations quickly so the 90-day campaign had the best chance to work. The communication issues became significant enough that I requested a more senior account manager. That request was not fulfilled. Andy apologized and said communication would improve, but the pattern continued. On the call, the apology felt scripted and appeared to be read from a screen.

At one point, schema information sent to me included a competitor’s social media profiles instead of mine. If I had not checked the file myself, I could have copied competitor information into my website schema. That was later acknowledged as a quality-control mistake.

Cancelling the recurring plan was more difficult than it should have been. The billing dashboard did not allow me to cancel properly, future payment attempts still appeared, and I had to follow up multiple times to confirm no further charges would process.

After the campaign ended, I requested a full refund and explained my concerns. It took roughly three weeks, with repeated follow-ups, to receive a final response. The refund was denied in a short reply that did not meaningfully address most of the concerns I had raised.

Their final response referred to an extra complimentary month being offered. I do not have any written record of that offer before the final response. If it was offered somewhere, it was not clearly communicated to me in writing. Either way, an additional month would not have addressed the reasons I requested a refund. My concern was not simply that the campaign needed more time. I had lost confidence in the strategy, communication, technical execution, and results I could verify.

One final concern: before signing up, I specifically asked whether Jumper Media’s methods were white hat and whether anything could put my business at risk with Google. I was told nothing they do goes against Google’s guidelines. However, on one call, I was offered what I understood to be a paid review option where reviews would be created for my Google Business Profile. I declined because I do not use fake reviews.

This raised serious concerns about whether all the tactics they use or recommended are truly aligned with Google’s standards. I’m also left hoping their approach did not create any lasting damage to my local search presence.

I have been using Jumper Media for about a year now and I can honestly say that ranking in top 3 keywords on Google maps have increased sales by 50%. I have paid for PPC and ranking before and got no results. Jumper has amazing monthly review service and really takes the time to learn about your business to take it to the next level. I am in the auto business and I have to compete against the national part auto part stores and I can say having Jumper Media as a team member has level the playing field to compete.

Jumper Media stated that they could get my "top 10 rated keywords in Google" to the top three positions on Google maps. I signed up in late November of 2025 and it has already happened. I love it when a company can deliver on there sales promises. Thank you Jumper Media.
