Great product, great service, great company! My grandchildren are beyond excited. This has been fun for all of us! My adult children have wonderful memories of their childhoods which included trampolining! I looked for a well reviewed product and company to get one for my grandkids aged 2 and 6. I’m so glad I found yours!

It arrived very quickly and wasn’t too difficult to set up. My kids love it. And my dogs.

Experience was excellent. Met all commitments in a timely manner. When doing research the people were knowledge and helpful.

Website was easy to navigate. Shipping was fast. Trampoline was easy to set up (our kids are older, so we didn’t assemble the net). More bounce than any other trampoline we’ve owned and better quality. My kids (and adult tenant) love it!

While we love our trampoline and are so happy with it, when it arrived it was missing the net and the half of the ladder. I was pleased to get a quick reply from them regarding this but unfortunately, it took 7 months and countless emails to get the ladder sent.

Trampoline came in good time, unfortunately with all the snowy weather we have been unable to set it up yet. So juries out on how good the trampoline is.

Several weeks later….hubby got it up. He found the instructions clearly laid out and was able to assemble the trampoline. It was physically challenging but very doable. The trampoline is a huge hit. And my husband says it has great bounce.

Easy to order, shipped crazy fast. We had it, across the country, in 5 days. It’s not that easy to assemble, you will need two adults and some time, but so worth it once it’s together. We go through trampolines like crazy with open prairie winds and rambunctious boys and this one is top notch quality. Get the basketball hoop - it’s a fantastic add on!!

Bought the trampoline for our kids for Easter. Assembly was simple and the instructions provided were very clear. I would recommend being two people to put it together. The trampoline itself is study, and made of quality materials. And for an added bonus, it looks great compared to the standard blue trampoline you see everywhere. Highly recommend.

Found the website easy to use. I did reach out to customer service as I wanted to use some gift visa cards for my purchase. Customer service got back to me in a timely manner. I was disappointed I could not use multiple cards but of course understand and went forward with my order. We can't wait to try out our new trampoline!
