JuniorForge is a talent-matching platform designed to help startups hire fully vetted junior tech talent quickly, efficiently, and intelligently. We specialise in connecting cost-conscious early to growth-stage startups with top 1% vetted junior professionals who have proven their skills through personal projects, hackathons, and open-source contributions. At the core of JuniorForge lies a belief that startups and early-career professionals share the same drive: ambition, creativity, and the desire to grow. We were founded to answer the question of how to make it easier for startups to find the right people and for emerging talent to access real opportunities, regardless of location. Today, we are building that bridge, one match at a time. Our mission is to bridge the gap between startups and emerging talent through a hiring system rooted in quality, fairness, and long-term growth. We believe that startups scale faster with the right people, junior talent grows best through real-world experience, and hiring should be intentional, not rushed. To achieve this, we use Forge AI, our AI-assisted evaluation engine. This engine screens and ranks candidates by analysing skills, applications, and role alignment before human review. This enables deeper vetting, reduces early bias, and maintains quality at scale.
