Well since I have paid for my items and received a confirmation email from you guys I have not received any information since letting me know the items have shipped, if they have shipped, when they will ship. I have tried logging into my account where I am taking to a page that says you guys are doing updates and will be back soon. I have tried to contact you guys and have still not heard back and we are going on almost a week now so I am hoping that I hear something soon before I have to take further action. Really sucks that this was my first experience with you guys because you seemed to have a lot of cool things for kids but if this is how you treat customers I don’t think I would come back!
