Juniper Ridge provides high-quality and thoughtfully created products. The scents are long-lasting and truly capture the essence of the locations they are named after. My house currently smells like camping in the Redwoods.

I dislike the over $7 in a special CA tax that I see no where else on top of already high prices for a product I didn't think warranted that. There are very good quality naturally derived and harvested essential oils for less. I think it's over marketed and priced for what it is. Incense was not good at all.

Their products are great quality and smell wonderful, both candles and incense. More than anything, they smell like the real thing. Delivery is fast is too.

Timely shipping and an incredible product. I keep ordering when ever I get close to running out. Friends have tried to steal them!

When I didn't receive a confirmation email for my order, I sent an inquiry to Juniper Ridge's customer service. My email was quickly replied to by Sloane, their customer service representative. After reviewing my order, Sloane let me know that a replacement order had been placed to be certain that my gift was on its way. After the initial response, Sloane continued to update me on the status of the order on a frequent basis. This level of customer service has somewhat disappeared in today's marketing world and was a refreshing change. Juniper Ridge not only has wonderful environmentally friendly products, it also sets the gold standard for customer service.
