Quoted High Arrived Low
Quoted high arrived with a deal of %50 less. I declined. He called me back after being out of site for about 10 seconds, some how disgussed with his boss on the phone, and upped the offer to about %35 below the original quote. It was a little under some local quotes, but I accepted. I hate bait and switch like tactics.

They worked with me
The first call I made generated an immediate offer but I ran into a snag because the car was in a different location from where I live, and there was no Saturday service available. After I cancelled the offer, I got a call back. After providing more information about the car, and finding out that they could do an unattended pick-up, a better offer was made which I accepted. There were further negotiations with the local contractor which Peddle facilitated. They did everything possible to help make the deal go through as painlessly as possible. It all worked out.

Careful...
Careful, a deal isnt always a deal. Dropped 35bux on pick up as we had an aftermarket cat converter. And only called 10 min from pick up.

Leroy, I am sorry to hear that your experience didn't go as well as you had hoped for. According to our notes, the first carrier was not able to complete pick-up due to the vehicle being located on the side of the highway. Some municipalities require specific licensing to remove vehicles from the highway or business parking lots. Since they were not able to accommodate your pick-up, we did get you assigned to a new carrier who was able to complete the pick-up. We understand that the delay in getting your vehicle picked up was not ideal, but our carriers schedule pick-ups first-come-first-serve and this can limit their availability if they are processing a higher volume of cars. I am sorry that this affected you and caused you any frustration and I hope that you will still consider Peddle again in the future.
