I have been using Jupay for a while.My transfers are delivered on time and if there's an issue as to why my transactions delays, their service team inform me.The security of the app is top notch.Trust me on the security part. I also happen to notice that anytime I want to reach out to them ,I get a service person to talk to.I honestly like the app.

Jupay is very reliable, fast and efficient way of sending money. In terms of customer service it’s very good, the agents are always patient and have time to discuss with you whatever you’re facing and resolve the issues which is a really good experience

My mother’s home health aide was TRYING to use this app but kept running into glitches and road blocks. We tried helping by calling “customer service”, which was horrible! They couldn’t provide a solution to their OWN APP! And, this was AFTER she provided them with personal financial info. They told her they would call her back, but never received a call back now that they have her financial info!! Tried calling them to no avail. This MAY BE A SCAM!

I regularly transfer money to Ghana, and Jupay is very cost-effective and swift. Their service (app based) works well.
