Despite soaring temperatures the lads that came to do the work were polite, helpful and informative. The prep team, Endri(team leader), Arban and Klodi, did an excellent job. The resin laying team, who also did a bit of finishing off of the prep work were also polite, helpful and informative, this team was led by Mario with Lorenco his assistant. Despite the slight language problems we managed to communicate reasonably well. The organisation was well sorted despite one or two telephone calls from myself to head office between the works. All was sorted to our satisfaction and the end product is excellent and well finished. The job was not sraight forward but all was done very well. I would have no qualms about recommending them to anyone wanting similar work undertaken. Ross And Nick and the ladies in the office were all extremely helpful throughout.

Genti and his team finished laying our resin driveway yesterday.

The team have been super from start to finish.
They arrived on time, Genti explained exactly what they were going to do and when.

Extremely polite, friendly and tidy. Great attention to detail all the way along.

The team worked really hard, particularly as they were laying the concrete on the hottest day of the year.

We had a slight blip when the haulage company didn’t deliver the resin and stones on Friday, to be laid on Saturday. But when it arrived on Saturday, we were really surprised that it was suggested that the team could lay the resin on the Sunday, if convenient to us.

Many thanks to Genti and his team, on such a great job. We would highly recommend.

A first class experience from start to finish. We had a site visit, lots of helpful advice, no sales push, and time to think it over. After we committed to the project, dates were suggested for the various stages, and adhered to. We changed our minds many times over materials, patterns, layouts and yet nothing was ever a problem. The main thanks go to Damian and his absolutely outstanding team. They were hard working, polite, fun , accommodating and so very helpful. The lovely Arban even helped us move giant rocks for a garden project we were doing while he was meant to be having a short break from working in a heatwave.! The site was always left clean and tidy nd they were very helpful and considerate to our neighbours. The result surpasses our wildest hopes and we honestly just wish we had done it sooner. We did a lot of research before choosing this company, and have discovered that many others use less robust materials, which do not wear well, or have the same impact. Indeed friends of ours used another company and had to ask Jurassic to rectify the situation. We are very grateful to the company and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

I’ve just had a large driveway installed by Jurassic and it is excellent. At every stage of build the workers asked me check that their work was as expected and to the proposed design. I asked them to remove a front and they brought in replacement earth to top up the front border. The ground workers, concreter layers and resin layers were so obviously very experienced. I am so pleased with the project. The managers and back staff were very polite and obliging. Today was the 3rd day of resin curing and I’ve just parked my car on the driveway and it’s nice to drive on.

We had our drive done by jurassic home solutions. The 2 chaps were so professional, polite, respected our property , the office staff are excellent too. It all looks amazing. The work carried out very quick and well done. Can only recomnend this company, nothing else to say, except for Bravo and thank you!

I would highly recommend this company. The workmen were really polite, friendly and cleaned up perfectly afterwards each time they came. Charlotte and James were both great and dealt with things really quickly if I called. Cannot praise them highly enough and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to others.

Arlind & Endri
Guys did a great job especially in the heat that was experienced this week, look forward to having them back to complete phase 2

Thanks Guys A

Jurassic Home Solutions have just completed a resin finish patio and paving area for us to replace old discoloured stone-effect slabs. The teams have been brilliant from start to finish. Great work ethic, positive and extremely hard working. Thank you for a great job well done!

From start to finish nothing but praise for Jurassic, the final Resin was spread this morning and just 'wow'! So delighted with the result it looks stunning and well worth the cost.

Mariusz, Beck and the guys were 100% efficient and totally professional, polite and personable from the initial dig out to the final Resin spread. Amazing attention to detail. Great team and would recommend 100%.

To Victoria and Charlotte in HO thank you for your patience, service and professionalism whilst I dithered with colours and edging block detail decisions.

Now decided to have my Patio done in the autumn, now I've seen this. Back to the colour samples!

Thanks Jurassic 😊 one very happy customer.

I spoke to Giles at the Three Counties Show on Sunday 14th. He gave me an appointment card for today, Saturday 20th at 10am. We waiting in and when noone had turned up by 10.30am I called Jurassic. I was told a sale team member would call me back. An hour later I got a call from Meghan who said that the appointment has only just been passed to her, then said my details had only just been processed on their system. Bottom line, noone was coming. Going with my gut on this and not considering Jurassic. Given the other reviews of late I think my gut is correct.

So refreshing to find a company that actually does what they say, our property is being transformed by having a new drive installed, having got our quote and agreeing to go ahead Genti and his team arrived on site, we were kept informed at every stage of the work process of what was happening next, Genti and his crew were extremely polite, kept everything neat and tidy on site, watching our drive progress make one appreciate the work involved, the first part is now complete, we now await their return to lay the resin coat, everything was left spotlessly clean. I can thoroughly recommend this company, especially Genti and his crew.
Such an asset to Jurassic Home Solutions.

Arlind and Rezdar

Arlind and Rezdar attended our property to undertake some remedial work. Arlind in particular immediately identified the issues and showed empathy to our concerns.

Both Arlind and Rezdar returned with a definitive action plan and were totally vested in the project, taking time to explain to us what was taking place and why.

We would absolutely definitely recommend Arlind and Rezdar to undertake future work. Well done and thank you.

Arlind Team
like to say how impressed i was with the work carried out by the team the lads were very polite and keen to explain each step of the project as they went along very pleased with their efforts.

Arlind Team
Hard working team and very pleasant and polite too. Tidied thoroughly at the end of the day. Arlind explained each stage of the process and discussed the details with us before they started work.
We would like the same team back (Arlind's) to complete the final stage next week.

Arlind Team
Very hardworking team who worked non-stop to get the job completed. Happy to answer questions at any stage of the process and ensured that work was conducted to meet expectations. Initially wasn’t sure how the driveway was going to work given the incline and uneven pavement in front of the drive but after the concrete level and brickwork was laid, the driveway took shape and now looks in an excellent position to start adding the resin for the next step.

Our old patio slabs were becoming uneven and required regular pressure washing and had weeds in the grouting. Due to my mobility issues I was nervous about walking on it. Then, my husband found out about Jurassic Home Solutions. From the initial consultaion with Jason to the completed job we couldn't have asked for a better patio. Rimi and his team of Muhamed and Shahin arrived punctually each day and left everything tidy and cleared away any rubbish. They worked extremely hard doing the groundwork preparation by removing the slabs, digging out the area and concreting before laying the resin. We were very pleased with the brick edging around our water feature which made it stand out. We had regular calls from the office team to check if we were happy with the work. The finished project looks amazing and has been admired by neighbours and friends. I now feel safe to walk on the patio, and even though we have had heavy rain, there have been no puddles. We would thoroughly recommend this company.

We saw them at the Ideal Home Exhibition. We were impressed with the product and booked a sales person, Stacey. He came when he said he would, he was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions.
He spent time measuring up and gave us a quote that in fact met our expectations. We were then given a date for installation.
Lukkas arrived with his team to prepare the ground that took 3 days in 30 degree temperatures. They worked like Trojans and did a great job and cleared up after themselves.
After a week to let the porous concrete set Damian came with an even bigger team and once they started laying the resin they never stopped for breath and they had 170 sq metres to lay.
I have to say the drive looks fantastic, everyone worked their socks off and produced a quality professional finish.

To reiterate i don't write reviews unless they are really good or really bad.... Manuel was a diamond, the job I’d say done to perfection! Good bunch of guys and would highly recommend again.
