Don't Waste your time, We have been waiting 8 weeks for a vehicle that was supposed to be 3-4 weeks from date of order.
very little communication/information/during 8 weeks unless we Chase them.
latest answer after chased again today.
Basically saying they can not provide any further up date!!

Waited in all day for car delivery only to be told ‘the driver isn’t answering his phone’. Was told it would be sorted the next day - but again had no contact and now offices are closed. No one seems to care one bit.

Ignore any timeline they tell you and do not go with this company if you are in a rush!
At the end of the day, like the other review says, they are are a leasing company- nothing more, nothing less.
But they did tell little white lies at the beginning of my process. I was told 4 weeks until delivery- and it’s now 8 weeks and I’m still waiting. Car was due tomorrow and I’ve just been told it’s delayed again.

I first contacted Jurni when looking for a couple of lease vehicles for me and my business partner. Lauren Ball was the person who helped me find the right deal for our business and she has been nothing short of amazing from the start.

I have since been back to her for my partners personal lease, and I happily recommend her and the team because of my continued experience.

Lauran Ball is absolutely brilliant, I'll always go to her first in future. Lauren is one of those people who just wants to help people, she's nice to deal with and her attention to detail is second to none.

Purchased a BYD EPT3 van for my business. There was a delay in the van being delivered despite being listed as "in stock". The delay was apparently outside thier control. A week or so after the van was delivered it broke down and refused to select drive. I called Jurni who passed me onto BYD's warranty line. You must understand Jurni is just a broker and was unable / unwilling to offer any aftersale assistance. Overall they did what was expected, they brokered a deal between us, finance company and the dealer. Nothing more, nothing less.
