I want to highly recommend Dean who came to my home to fix the rail that was stopping the door to the patio from opening. It took some thinking on his part and a call to Nigel to come up with an excellent solution!

The work Dean completed was thoughtful and he was so good in adding other touches such as applying WD 40 to door hinges, realizing the rubber threshold on the floor was catching on the door and rectifying this quickly and with good results.

All in all his visit was a true education to me and I am most grateful for his expertise, patience and willingness to help me! Thank you Dean!

Contacted this company to make 117 blinds for me as we wanted to upgrade our existing conservatory vertical blinds. Our existing tracks were in good condition, so we decided to just change the blinds. Obviously worried about them fitting correctly, but they arrived all neatly wrapped up in a roll, and very well packed, so we unrolled and cut to each length as required and then hung the new blinds. They look absolutely fantastic and have modernised our 25 year old conservatory which now looks brand new. The quality of workmanship is five stars and I can highly recommend this company to anyone interested in new blinds.

Excellent customer service from start to finish I measured blind’s for my conservatory tried ordering on line and order wouldn’t go through not just blinds fault just problem with internet. 140 Blind slats were delivered in a few weeks quality was brilliant I ordered como bare black out white all weights were in them ready to hang all slats and chains were packed well will be ordering more for kitchen and bedroom ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

I ordered replacement slats for my vertical blinds. They arrived within the 21 days delivery estimate. I assumed that I would have to fit the weights and chains myself but they came ready assembled, I just laid them on the window sill and attached each slat to the frame. So easy, and good quality.

Took ages to come. Customer services were rude and look nothing like color in picture. Wish i'd gone elsewhere.

Excellent Customer Service - almost as though we were face to face with Eileen. Extremely helpful with queries and minor issues. Apart from that the quality of the blinds is excellent and fairly easy to put up from scratch. I've now purchased two curved vertical blinds and one straight blind. I fully expect to use Just Blinds in the future for replacement slats if necessary.

Ordered replacement blinds nearly 3 weeks ago - called and emailed numerous times - think there is 1 person that deals with everything - pointless calling as no help and emails are not replied to . So nearly 3 weeks on still no blinds and rubbish customer service!
I wish I had just went to a reputable blind company and not been fooled by their promise of postage dates - will i ever see these blinds!!!!

Originally ordered 2 blinds on the 16th Nov. The two head rails arrived within three days but after three weeks I still had not received any slats. The customer service number goes to answerphone every time. Only by calling the Wigan number can you get through. I was told my slats order had been forgotten. Over a week later my slats arrived but I was two slats short of the order and the chains were too short as well. Six weeks down the line and I’ve still not receive my full order. Very very poor service.

Ordered more than 3 weeks ago, money was taken straight away, replacement slats says 5-7 days on website, now ignoring emails! Why they take money/orders they cannot fulfil, just wasting people’s time, would not recommend UPDATE ordered a month ago, not replying to email and not answering phone! Would give 0 stars if i could, AVOID

I don’t like ordering Online and spoke to a lovely lady who took my order and checked that I’d got right measurements. Received my order quickly and how awesome they make my kitchen and lounge look, very reasonable priced too. I would recommend Just Blinds to anyone for their friendly service and nothing was too much trouble even after my various questions. Well done Just Blinds

Purchased blinds and stated size required however the size did not carry on to checkout so the wrong size blinds arrived, shocked to find there was nothing that could be done to help with alterations or returning of the items, feel this is poor and a website issue and not human error.

Garry came out to my property and measured up, took a little longer than expected for them arrive, he came out on the date and time arranged and fitted them, it was done very quickly, I’m extremely pleased with the blinds and how polite they were, would recommend 👌

What can l say is please don't use this company they said Wednesday never turned up called them they said tomorrow never turned up no phone call no noting 2 days lost of work cowboy use at your perel out and out cowboys disgusting will they pay me loss of wages don't think so fuming

I ordered replacement slats for patio doors. I was so impressed with quality, speed of delivery & price I ordered replacements for another 3 rooms. Equally pleased with the service & quality this time. I would not hesitate to recommend. Thank you
