Made the mistake of ordering from Fahlo after a week Bracelets still had not been sent, got a refund then purchased from Just Jonah, Debs was an incredible help with letting me know what was in stock, made the order late last night, received a text a short while ago to let me know they had been dispatched.
All in less than 24 hours.
Can't recommend enough 10/10
Merry Christmas
I searched everywhere online for this particular Frugi backpack and this was the only place I could find it in stick so thank you. What a lovely little shop and very efficient fast delivery too!
I had ordered 2 magnetic game items on line, but one was out of stock. I was offered an alternative, which they sold to me at the same price as the missing item. The parcel was well wrapped and my niece loved both items. Thank you for a great service and thank you for the time taken to make sure that I was happy with your customer service and correspondence. I would happily recommend you to anyone looking for gifts.

Lovely, friendly service and beautifully appointed shop full of unique, high quality children's clothing and toys.
Absolutely beautiful, unique and quality clothing that keeps it’s shape and lasts so long! I would never shop anywhere else for my children’s clothes. Thank you for such amazing customer service too!! 👏
Friendly, cheerful assistance with a varied & interesting selection of goods. My grandchildren are too old now for the clothing but very interested in the opportunity to go plastic free for picnicware etc.
