How is the insurance claim number 24/7 but no one picks up ? I called a total of 50 times last week and no one picked up. My claims adjuster called me at the crack of dawn and never contacted me again for an entire week, when I got in touch to be connected with a supervisor the supervisor didn’t even call me back either.

I was over charged because I didn’t send my odometer pictures just one day late. Now, it’s a problem getting the money returned to my bank account. If the money is not returned today, I will be canceling your services tomorrow. This is unacceptable

Indian scammers . DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

Take a huge deposit just sitting there but yet threaten you over and over to cancel each month when depo is almost 3 times that.

Sometimes I talk to customer service representatives at other companies and it takes them so long to respond to my concerns or what I want to do on my account. I feel they are not customer oriented. Conversely, Laura was perfect. 1. She understands my concerns without fail, I think because it is one of a few common concerns to be addressed by Just Insure System. Laura exhibits masterful grasp of the system and functions sensible to the customer. It might be that she puts herself in the customers position and resolves based on her knowledge. Absolutely excellent and comparatively on a higher level of account management, much appreciated. Thanks

I would leave a minus 10 if possible. I have been bombarded by calls (8 in 5 minutes) after I stated I was not interested. When asked to speak to a supervisor the operator hangs up.

1 star because I can't leave a zero. Constant harassment, i had over 100 calls over the last month. Up to 5 calls a day. I on the do not call register, yet they still call. I have requested number be removed from their database and the calls to stop. Yet they still come. Beware of the incessant constant spam calls.

I've never had any significant issue with Just Insure. I'm satisfied with the system of daily and per mile charges.

Just Insurance was very helpful through out my entire experience! I passed my test without any issues!

Clean comunicating listing payments far enough ahead so i have time to work it into my income stream. Very helpful and the app is very clear and easy to navigate as well

This company is affordable for low income earners like me.
Charging by the mile driven makes a lot of sense.

I like that I only pay for miles I drive. But the daily rate keeps going up along with the price of fuel.
