Told me everything included but when we sit in the taxi then driver said need to pay extra money for waiting. Be careful it's says something over the phone and do something else. Don't use this one.

My Driver Muhammed was very polite and extremely helpful. The car was clean and tidy. The journey was very comfortable.

Got taxi from Birmingham Airport to hotel return. In constant communication with you. Driver rings you to let you know he is on his way. Driver was very friendly & helpful. Will definitely use again next time I come over

I used this firm for a taxi to LutonAirport today
On booking the booking said all pick up and drop off charges included. I know that Luton charges £5 drop off I presumed as the paperwork said this was included
A six mile journey £25
During the journey the driver informed I would have to pay the £5 drop off charge otherwise he would have to drop me elsewhere which was 8 to 10 minutes walk to the building. Despite my protestation to avoid the walk as I am disabled walking wise had to cough up five pounds paid in cash by me to the river to get dropped off at the terminal building
This is therefore a total scam so be aware drop off charges are not included in the price or else the taxi drivers are having a field day ripped off passengers five pounds a time.

What a great company! Reliable, punctual, kept us informed and were so professional. Emails and calls were so polite. The driver was calm, polite and friendly. I felt very safe. Lovely luxurious car too. I won’t bother using anyone else!

I have recently used their service three times in two weeks and I couldn’t be happier. All drivers were very kind and professional, the vehicles spot on and the ride smooth and pleasant. The option “meet and greet “ is particularly helpful when you want the driver to pick you up at the arrivals gate.
