Placed my order on the 26th december and still waiting ,sent a message still no response.
Terrible service ,I now have to go through PayPal to get my money back.

Placed my order at the beginning of the week and it was supposed to be dispatched that day as I placed the order before 12. However, 4 days later and I’m still waiting for it to be dispatched. It’s a birthday present for my daughter which now won’t be here on time if at all. I’ve tried ringing the company and the phone lines say they’re closed, so I’ve sent an email which they haven’t replied to. I wonder why some items they dispatch quickly and people comment on fast delivery, when I’ve ordered the same product around the same time to be kept waiting. Poor, poor service, should’ve ordered from other online retailers. It’s bad enough that my daughter has to have a lockdown birthday without her presents not arriving either.

First time using just beauty, but had no issues would definitely use them again, ordered Mylee lamp and polish and arrived in just a couple of days with free delivery and a discount! Fabulous!

I recently ordered the Mylee Bluesky Mystery Kit which included 8 Gel polish bottles, but the kit came with 2 pinks and 2 greens, I emailed Just Beauty to query this and they couldn't have been more helpful, my issue was resolved promptly and 2 replacement colours were sent out. The Kit itself is fantastic and my daughter will love this gift.

Order very easy & recieved quick delivery

I placed my first order with Just Beauty not that long ago. My parcel arrived within two days, well packaged and in perfect condition. However the mylee magic gel remover was congealed and i also did not recieve the free gift that was supposed to come with a random colour polish.
I emailed just beauty and got through to Daniz, who asked for photos, I sent these across and Daniz quickly resolved my issue, informing me that the free gift was no longer valid, but as a gesture of good will would send out a a gel polish of my choice and replace my gel remover.
I just want to say a massive thank you to Daniz, they are a credit to your company making an issue seamlessly resolved and keeping a new customer.

Absolutely amazing!!! Polite and professional customer service. Give prompt responses to all emails. Good collection and even higher quality of products. One of my items needed replacement and it was sent the very next day and recieved a day later! Cannot recommend enough!

Waited two months, never even got money back. Don't deal with this company from China
