No dispatch or tracking notification
Delivery was fine but the fact that you did not send me a dispatch email and a postal tracking number made it difficult to know when delivery would be in spite of my ringing to ask when I would get a notification of dispatch and tracking number and be told by the call handler that he would send it to me
He completely ignored my request so not impressed with your after sales communication

Great fit I love them
I bought 3 pairs of these last summer from my local Original Factory Shop the fitted well and I loved them so decided to buy another pair but they never arrived in the shop so I went straight to Just Elegance my trousers arrived today very happy thank you.

RubbishOrdered pair of beige trousers online…
Ordered pair of beige trousers online and unfortunately they are not the same as the navy ones purchased in the shop . The quality is appalling and I am about to put them into charity bag. So online experience of just elegance is zilch.

Nice bright colours and pattern for holiday wear!
I bought this dress as a beach dress to wear over a swimming costume - it is a lovely pattern and bright colours for beach wear but is a little wider on the neckline than I would have preferred. I sent the first dress back because it was too big and am awaiting a refund. I ordered a smaller size which is much better. Online ordering was easy and the dresses arrived quickly.
