Just for pets in Worcester is great. Their selection of loose, healthy puppy and dog treats is excellent. The manager and staff are amazing, all so friendly and helpful.They go out of their way to greet their customers and everyone is happy. And the store is always clean . We live much closer to another well known pet store but we’d much rather shop at a friendly store with fantastic customer service. Thank you Just for pets !

Visited the Ventura, Tamworth store recently to buy some treats for my pup, only to find beetles crawling amongst the rabbit feet. I asked the staff if they had fresh and discreetly explained what the issue was and between all 3 members of staff stood chatting behind the counter, not a single one seemed concerned or keen to help, they didn’t even come out from behind the counter to remove the infested items. Safe to say, I shan’t be shopping there again.

I popped into my local Just For Pets on Saturday with my daughter and our elderly dog. I needed to purchase hand sanitiser after cleaning a doggy accident. They advised me that they didn’t sell hand sanitiser but the lovely lady on the till offered me the use of their under counter hand sanitiser and she also offered me to wash my hands if I needed to. While we were in there our dog was in her element sniffing all the lovely goodies that she can sadly no longer partake of due to have kidney issues. The lady and her male colleague went out of there way to help us find some kidney friendly treats for our dog. They couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. Then our dear little dog piddled on their floor. They were even super nice about that too…we were mortified. At least it was only a teeny tiny puddle. Would highly recommend a visit here for your pets needs.

I have a subscription monthly order and their website has clearly been designed by someone who is a control freak. I am unable to amend what I wish to order, the address I want it delivered to or if I wish to pause delivery. The only thing I can amend is my card details for payment. I have to contact customer services whenever I need to alter anything. On one occasion they -
sent completely the wrong thing
cancelled an order without any reason
sent an incomplete order

The customer service team have always sorted things out but as a customer I waste a lot of time contacting them and asking them to do things I should be able to do myself. I have today had to contact them again as my order needs changing.

I visit the Evesham branch as the items I require are not available via the website. Their new computer system is causing stock issues but the staff were amazing and made sure what I wanted was available for collection when I needed it. They are always helpful and give excellent customer service.

Website is infuriating. Have ordered from Just for Pets many times but cannot seem to get my order through this time due to their cheap website. It will not recognise my shipping address despite having delivered to me multiple times. I then needed to reset my password, clicked the link I was sent in the email to do so and am informed the link doesn’t work?! Incredibly frustrating and very poor for those who need to/prefer to order online. Will have to source from elsewhere.

I go to my store at Cambourne and the staff are so amazing and helpful and even given my dog treats when he comes in.
Such lovely staff in this shop and even tho prices are so much dearer than online you know it's all good quality stuff.

I previously ordered a cheaper set of bowls from another website and returned them due to the quality of the plastic. I then ordered the George Barclay bowls from the Just4Pets website, even though they were more expensive bowls (just to clarify the website wasn't more expensive, they were the same price as all the other websites) you definately get what you pay for as they are really surdy, very well made and they look lovely. My order arrived straight away and the customer services team were extremely helpful. I would highly recommend buying from this website. I also received free postage from this website where as other websites charge for delivery too on top of the price of the bowls.

Just went in to the Witney branch of Just for Pets. Directed upstairs for catfood. Couldn't find what I wanted. Came downstairs to say there was no member of staff up there. Three members of staff at the desk and told there were insufficient staff to send someone up. I hobbled out of the shop on my stick muttering "tits on a bull" !!

A good variety of goods at unfathomably high prices. Some of their branded products are between 50 and 60% higher than some online retailers for the same branded products! Certainly nowhere near value for money. 2 stars given for product variety only.

We love taking our two dogs to the Witney branch. The staff are always so friendly and happy to see us. The products they have on offer are of great quality and of decent variety. We go to them for all of our pet food and treat needs.

To the person working in customer services called Elisha, dealing with unhappy customers is not your forte. You are probably the ‘owner’ as you were so arrogant and dismissive. My review - I would avoid giving your business to this company and go to one of the other online pet stores.

Awful experience. Ordered food and treats. Wrong food delivered and no contact number when you click on contact us. Emailed and didn’t hear anything for over 24 hours by this time we had to go and purchase the dog food as we didn’t know if they were going to deliver the correct product in time. Email followed asked US to take the wrong product to the dpd depot for return!! Of course we refused. 2 days later got a partial refund so had to email again to get the full refund. Would never use again.

Terrible experience, ordered food last week online, was expecting it to be delivered yesterday, chased today to find they are out of stock & they did not even let us know, they have no customer service & clearly do not care about pets as this is very likely to make my dog unwell & they have not offered any assistance, very poor complaint with zero integrity.

Placed an order and paid for next day delivery which is the only option. Order did not arrive but payment taken. Customer service said they would call back but didn’t so tried to call again but nobody answered the phone. Delivery info says courier received but 4 hours later parcel was returned to just for pets and no attempt at delivery made. Be very cautious when using this company as I am now out of pocket and no goods received

Very knowledgable staff in store and very helpful with any queries or questions I had.
Needed some ear drops for my French bulldog and they were able to advise on what would work best. I would highly recommend

Too dog orientated. People have other pets besides dogs. Tiny section for cats, no raw cat food, pitiful selection of cat collars and flea treatments

Great price for a Petfusion bed, half the price that I had seen at other sites. Ordered yesterday, dog already sleeping on bed. Great experience.
