We are sorry that you feel this way following the recent fault you reported. This has now been diagnosed and repaired by the manufacturer but unfortunately the fault was not deemed to be warrantable as detailed in the report that was sent over to you.

When the generator arrived there was cosmetic damage to the rear of the machine. There was no instruction manual or warranty paperwork with the generator so I emailed Just Generators ten days ago to ask them to send it to me. I am still waiting for their response.

Great purchasing experience
Great purchasing experience. Generator quickly arrived in excellent condition, works great. Spoke to a human on the telephone prior to purchase to clarify delivery arrangements and give me comfort that I was making the correct choice over generator. If I need another generator or someone asks me to recommend where they should get a generator I will probably suggest this company's website.
