I have ordered three different shoes, all of which have been of decent quality.
However, the last pair, because they are hand made, was slightly different, one from the other.
I cannot commend Nicole enough for her patience and understanding and for the effort she went to, to ensure I was happy with the replacement pair they delivered.
She honestly went beyond what was expected and I cannot recommend the company highly enough for the kindness they displayed. Well done Justin Reess!

Stylish but it's not comfy

Good looking, well made pair of boots. For dress up or smart casual. Look great in many situations.

Ordred my shoers which arrived beautifully presented in a short space of time. Well packed and the quality of the product is supreme.

Lovely shoes sadly just too narrow but I was able to return them and get a refund very quickly and easily

My wife ordered a pair of leather sandals from yourselves unfortunately your sizing isn’t good ie if you want a 5 then order a 6 . However the quality of the sandals was superb so I went online & was directly to their return policy ( you have to pay to return good ie the postage ) so I wrote a letter you have to say why your returning your purchase, I explained my wife would like to try the next size up ie 5 to a 6 we heard nothing communication is poor !!! However the larger size rocks up & my wife is a happy bunny as I said the quality is very good so yes we would purchase again but now we know how it works.

The service was very good, responses were very quick. Unfortunately the shoes did not fit and the return was simple and quick, my only issue was i had to pay return postage. But would reccomend Justin rees shoes to anyone

I was looking for a pair of shoes for my daughter's wedding which is this Saturday 18th July 2026,i saw so many pairs of shoes trying to get a pair to go with my three piece blue suit and eventually found a pair at your shop with blue in are very comfy.thankyou,m,e,c.

Quality product, the product photo colour was a nice light blue colour which i liked but when the shoes turned up where much darker colour than advertised

Poor, shoes undersized, a 47 (UK 12) is closer to a 10. I ordered a 13, they weren't even close. Awful.

Fast secure shipping. Shoes were correct fit and of excellent quality. Being leather, they are quite rigid at the start but quickly wear in with a couple of wears. Highly recommended.
