NOT IN AUSTRALIA.
I ordered from this company thinking it was an Australian based company. The are deceitful. They say the FACs say they are in Australia not true😡they may have their web domain as Australian but it would be interesting to see how many Australian purchasers get their parcels from Australia.
I bought this as a present for my husband, if I knew it was going to take 10 days I would have driven to Chemist Warehouse paid slightly more but have it in time
I tried to send a message on contact us to find out where my order is, but it was unable to be sent, try again later.
Not quite a scam company but not far from it.

We do state in our FAQs very clearly that we send items directly to customers from either our US-based supplier or from our QLD warehouse. We only received your order on the 27th of August and our US supplier dispatched it on the 29th and is currently in transit to you. Please let us know using our Contact Us page on our website https://justperfume.com.au/contact/ if you haven't received your tracking and we will be more than happy to assist. Please check your spam folder as tracking can sometimes fall into that folder. We appreciate your business and hope this message makes things clearer for you as we are not a scam website and our 13 years in business with over 25k happy customers will attest.
poor customer service

during that time Customer Service could not tell me what is happening with my order.
there are many other supplies that are reliable and as inexpensive.

Doesnt say it is coming from US and is shown as .com.au website. To make it even worse took a few days to ship. Order will miss my wifes birthday now.

Thanks for the feedback. We disclose that your item may come from our US supplier in our FAQ section and on checkout. It also gives you an approximate delivery time to avoid disappointment if you need the item on a certain date. As for our domain. We are based in QLD and, therefore, use our .com.au domain
WELL OVERPRICED
I ordered 2 x Versace Pour Homme deodorant sticks. They charged me $98.95 per item and was and is overpriced. Their website said $47.66au at the time and has since changed. On their website it is a whoping $110.53 which is on mydeal website and sold under Raw Beauty Group which is same company. I emailed them with complaint and they said we will give you 20% discount as Goodwill Gesture and would not budge any further. Well I will be returning items for full refund and I wonder if I will get it or when I will get it? I have recently purchase 4 identical items from mylayby website and they were $60 each including delivery. So they know this and not even interested in matching or even offer to match. Stay away is all I can say they are a rip-off. Now he says prices fluctuate in just like any market place. Cannot stop laughing as his price has definitely fluctuated like 115% in 2 days. As I have said definitely look around as anyone can do much better than this rip-off business.

Customer was unable to provide evidence of incorrect pricing otherwise we would have honoured that price. The discount was offered as a good will gesture and customer was upset we didn't offer a higher one which he suggested. Like any business, prices fluctuate, especially on marketplaces where costs can be higher.
We look forward to resolving the customer issue by refunding in full in accordance with our refund policy on our website. We are happy the customer has been able to source the product else where to their satisfaction as customer satisfaction is always our highest priority.

I would order again as mistakes do happen it's how they are rectified that is important

My order sat there for 9 days ? Never got picked up
My order sat there for 9 days, didn't get collected by the courier. I had to chase them to find out what was going on, I only got terse disinterested half answers, then they tell me my orders cancelled and they will refund my money at some time in the future ? WTH ?
So far they still haven't refunded anything ?
I suspect they are scammers.

Custome given full explanation of what happened and refund was issued by us immediately. Any delay to the customer receiving the refund is the responsibility of the source of their original payment and their processing timeframes. We always answered every enquiry with the information provided from our supplier and courier company. Unfortunately despite best efforts the order had to be cancelled In this instance.

Honest!!! I accidentally ordered twice, they notified me saying others had done the same might be a problem, cancelled 2nd order & refunded monies IMMEDIATELY!!! Great service & parcel arrived wrap & in perfect condition..
