I wanted to order a helmet, but it was unclear which currency they charge me in HUF or EUR, and if customs fees are applicable. So i halted my purchase. Then i got a not automated email (lol) from them asking what went wrong, I described and got zero response in a week. Also when trying to pay i was redirected to a site where the amount was in USD. Looks like a scam website to me, I would not risk to order

I ordered Dyon reins a month ago. I have had one email in a template thanking me for my order. Their phone numbers are all out of order. No one replies to emails, all bounced back. Then website was down for a week. My order says fulfilled yet the tracking number does not work. I’m having to dispute the charge on my credit card. I highly do NOT recommend.

I issued a refund on my purchase that I have not recovered over a year and they went MIA and never replied me back, DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY

I ordered Tucci boots from justriding.com out of their stock clearance for a very good prize and they look amazing! Perfect actually!
Communication was good, always a quick and friendly response.
I was a bit hesitant at first because of some bad reviews I read, but really happy with the service.

I have putchased a KASK helmet from this company and few weeks for it to arrive. Everything went good and it was a personalised helmet so I was really happy with the level of communication after the purchase to confirm that the helmet will be axactly what I need it to be so I recommend this business

I have been shopping with Just Riding throughout the years and I keep ordering from them as I like the personal contact via email with ACTUAL people not just some scheduled automated replies. Sometimes I wait longer especially with leather items, but i bought helmet, jacket and normal everyday clothes. Very often I get supplements wich are always on time and I receive the, quicky.

I have shopped with just Riding for my Dyon stet. I am very happy with the service that I have received. They informed me that my bridle and martingale are dispatched straight away and I had to wait a week for the rug as it was ordered in, I received both parcels with no problem so I am surprised to read some of the comments below. Anyway I am overall glad shopped with them and will do that in the future again for sure.

I got my LeMeuix stirrups at a deep discount, even with shipping costs to the US. They took less than two weeks to arrive and are exactly as described. Couldn't be happier! Will definitely be ordering again. I can't find these products at this price in the US.

I ordered boots back in February. The company wrote me weekly to tell me their supplier is delayed. This went on for months. Finally in early July I demanded a refund. They replied 5 days later via email stating a refund would be issued. That was two weeks ago. I emailed them two times since asking for a detailed refund receipt and nothing. They are now MIA. No money yet, I called me CC company to see if there is a pending refund and they said nope. I am beyond frustrated.
This is over $700 owed. I will NEVER do business again with this company.

Very bad customer service trying to reach the shop for last three weeks as I place the order in April and the owner was making excuses. They’re out of stock, but when I contact the supplier, they have the product in the shop. I was promised the product will be sent, but never was unfortunately impossible to contact them now about the update with my order, or looking for a refund, I will never buy again very unreliable Company very very disappointing

I've been waiting 3 months for my order. I didn't get my order nor my money back. Definitely don't recommend.

This was the first time i ordered from Just Riding, and i was not disappointed. The items came as scheduled, and the staff were excellent at keeping me updated and informed regarding my order.

My stuff came within 2 weeks of ordering, I often order my Parlanti boots and Dy'on bridles through Just Riding because I trust them, they have been around for years.

I only ever buy Parlanti Riding Boots from Just Riding, they always work with us one on one despite knowing our size, to ensure we haven't "grown" or "shrunk" since our last pair. I will continue to support Just Riding as I myself ow a family run store for the last 20 years and keeping it family run is not easy these days.

I found just Riding back in 2013 when I was buying Animo Breeches for my Daughter. I have been shopping with Victoria and her team since then.11 Years!!! I cant speak highly enough about their professionalism and attention to detail.

Hello. I am one of the long-time customers of this place in Korea. First of all, this place is very trustworthy. If delivery is late, you will be notified in advance and you have never not received the item. So I'm not worried. Of course, you can trust and order. They try very hard to contact you.To the point where I find it annoying.

This is the first time I shopped with Just Riding, their staff were super helpful. I was looking for some custom tall boots and I was able to work with the store manager to measure myself and get my boots absolutely on point. They arrived today and I could not be happier! I will definitely be shopping with them again!

I bought my first pair of Parlanti from Just Riding in 2012, since then I have purchased a further 4 pairs. The team there work with me each time to ensure that I have to correct fit.

I cant fault them for service, although the wait for my custom boots can be around 5 weeks.
