Ordered a pair of trainers via Amazon NEVER arrived and cannot get a refund
Ordered a pair of trainers via Amazon. They never arrived, in spite of being marked as “handed to resident” Amazon cannot help and this company have simply told me that I need to look harder for the package! So, even with them stating that the courier handed it over to resident, they ask me to check around the house, safe places etc…. It’s breath taking. Totally untrustworthy…. Avoid at all costs

Hi Helen,
Thank you for sharing your experience. We understand your frustration and appreciate the opportunity to clarify the situation.
We’d like to address the concerns you raised:
Order Resolution on Amazon:
After you reported the issue to Amazon, your order was fully refunded. We work closely with Amazon to ensure that our customers' concerns are resolved promptly and fairly.
Tracking Details and Follow-Up:
When you initially contacted us, we reviewed the tracking information, which indicated that the parcel was marked as “handed to resident.” As part of our process, we informed you about the delivery status and suggested checking safe places, with neighbors, or around the premises, as parcels are occasionally left in secure locations.
Unfortunately, we did not receive a confirmation from you that the parcel was not located. Had we received this, we would have been happy to assist further with a replacement or refund directly.
Delivery Policy:
We rely on courier tracking updates to manage deliveries effectively. However, we are committed to assisting our customers if the parcel cannot be located despite these updates. We regret if our communication caused any misunderstanding and assure you that customer satisfaction is our top priority.
Finally, we’d like to point out that this review appears on a platform unrelated to our Amazon store. While we respect your feedback, we request that any concerns related to orders placed via Amazon be directed through their platform for proper resolution.
We hope this clears up any confusion and demonstrates our willingness to support our customers. Please feel free to contact us directly if there is anything more we can do for you.
Kind regards,
Jyo Team

Don't buy from this company
Don't buy from this company. Product very badly made. Returned it and wasn't refunded because they claimed that was stained. An absolute lie because it wasn't used. Never sent an email refusing the refund and lied to PayPal saying that yes.

Hi Ricky,
We are sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction with your recent experience. Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us, and we aim to handle all concerns with transparency and fairness.
Regarding your return, our team carefully inspects all items to ensure they meet the criteria outlined in our return policy. In this case, the returned item was found to have visible stains, indicating it may have been used. Unfortunately, this is against our return policy, which requires items to be unused, in original condition, and with tags intact.
We understand how this situation can be frustrating, and we apologize if there was any confusion regarding our policy. We’d be happy to return the item to you . Please let us know if this works for you.
If you have any further questions or wish to discuss this matter further, please reach out to our customer service team directly at support@justyouroutfit.com. We value your feedback and hope to resolve this to your satisfaction.
Sincerely,
Jyo Team

Poor quality clothing, next day delivery not delivered and shocking customer service
Ordered a Christmas jumper for next day delivery at the end of November.
It didn’t arrive the next day, which is when I needed it.
When it did arrive, it was far too big and awful quality. Very cheap material with poor stitching.
I returned the item via the post office.
This company have repeatedly denied receiving it, and I am now having to open a case with the Royal Mail.
Avoid this company, poorly made clothing and even poorer customer service skills.

Hi Hayley,
Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you have experienced. We understand how frustrating it must have been to receive an item late and for it not to meet your expectations.
Regarding the return, we have not yet received the item at our end. This is why we have requested the tracking number or proof of delivery to help us locate the return. As stated in our return policy, we recommend keeping the receipt or proof of postage until the refund is processed. In some cases, returned items may be delivered to nearby warehouses instead of directly to us. However, we always process refunds when return tracking confirms delivery.
Please rest assured that we issue refunds promptly on a daily basis for all verified returns. We have no intention of withholding your refund unnecessarily. If you can provide us with the tracking details, we will prioritize processing your refund immediately.
Once again, we apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your patience as we work to resolve this matter.
Best regards,
JYO
