was tricked into auto ship, by unclear website. second order shipped, they wanted me have to pay up to 7.00 to return.be carefull , its a ripp off.

Horrible experience with the fraudulent corporate headquarters. They brainwash their sales team with total lies!! They will overcharge your card as well! Stay away!!

Juvenon is a SCAM. I ordered and took their Alpha-Male, Blood Flow, and Sucra-Low products. NOTHING WORKED AT ALL. It was a complete SCAM. When I asked for a refund, of course they said NO because they said I waited past the money-back guarantee period. When I was taking the product, they told me I had to WAIT for MONTHs for it to "take affect" and then they turn around and laugh and say basically that's how they steal your money. They tell you you have to take their product for longer than the Money Back period. DO NOT BUY JUVENON products. They DO NOT WORK.

My complaint is not about the products, but about the inability of Juvenon to get them to you in a timely manner. I actually like their products very much, but you never know when they will be delivered to you, especially if you live in a rural area. They use the cheapest, worst delivery method on earth ... UPS to USPS. Once the package leaves UPS' hands, the package is lost in space. At that point, neither delivery service will take responsibility. I expect that from USPS, but not UPS. Add to that pathetic customer service composed of people who have absolutely no authority whatsoever to do anything, and your problem NEVER gets solved. Senior management couldn't care less. They are only interested in the bottom line at any expense. So, I would strongly advise any potential customer of Juvenon to think twice before ordering anything from them. Chances are you will pay for something that never arrives like I did! What a company!

I was doubtful about the claims they made about Blood Flow 7 but it did work for me. First I would like to say I AM NOT A DR. but in November I was having chest and mid back pains. I went to the ER 4 different times due to the pain. They ran every test and still couldn't figure out what was wrong other than saying they feel that I may have a blood clot near my heart. I went to a Cardiologist and he stated that I may have a blockage. Since I had no insurance and the procedure they wanted to d0 was $62,000.00 dollars. I chose to try the Blood Flow 7. I took it 3 times a day for 14 days and I felt a pain in my chest then it felt like I could breath and no more pain. Not sure if it cleared my arteries or not but it worked for me and I continue to take it.

Customer service really lacks. I have been a longtime customer of Juvenon but decided to discontinue. The Customer Service has gone downhill, and I am very disappointed. Customer service is the heart of business and juvenon needs to do better, they had a great group of people and they got rid of them all for CHEAP Customer Service. t

I did a return of a product, had file with my credit company to get an refund. Had done business with Juvenon for over 10 years. no more - Sad!
