Really well presented showroom with a wider variety of cars available to view. Helpful staff who were not pushy and let us look at the vehicles in our own time then supported us through our decision making process.

I was treated so well from the moment I walked in the door with the receptionis, who made me a lovely hot latte. Louie was brilliant, warm and friendly, definitely an asset to the firm and no pressure at all placed on me to buy. Lilly was fantastic because she could sign in BSL, another great asset to the team. As a deaf person it can be truly intimidating to purchase a car - so Thank you to you both for being so warm and friendly. I will be sure to send Family or Friends your way. 😊

Found my perfect car!
Got my car from these guys on Saturday, was a really lovely place
Great service from start to finish and after looking at a few cars I found the perfect one. Nice and easy to test drive, and within 2 hours of arriving I was driving it home.
Couldn’t recommend enough!!

Rude, pushy and just genuinely awful
Staff was so unbelievably rude and pushy. We decided to walk away from a deal to think things over and the staff as we were walking out started shaking her head at us. When discussing details of the car, the staff member was forceful and undermining. Felt completely forced and overall just a rubbish experience. I really think whoever manages this particular member of staff needs to have some serious words with her as she delivered the very worst customer service ever I’ve ever experienced.

Excellent service from all the sales staff
All the staff who helped us to purchase a new car were really knowledgeable and helpful. Helping us to narrow down our search, taking cars out for a test drive, and eventually buying the one we wanted. On the day of collection, sorting out road tax and part exchanging our old car, the sales assistant was really quick and efficient!
