Well where do we start here. Me and my partner first contacted John Wilkinson heating services and was speaking to a lad named Mike. He gave us the quote and was a really efficient quote we was happy with. They sent an Enginner called Darren out to undergo the boiler task which our old boiler and pipe work was shocking. Darren’s a very nice and re assuring engineer which is very care you get that anymore engineers just want to be in and out of homes. He really did go above and beyond for us he’s repiped out boiler to a very high standard removing the horrendous old pipework. I’ve seen a few comments on John Wilkinson and have seen a lot of praise for this young man. We was really hoping we got Darren and we did indeed and I can see why every single person who has left a review about the young man as we cannot fault him or John Wilkinsons. We’ve recommended darren and the company to friends and family and there all booking in and getting there new boilers. 5 star all round

Great service from JW heating
Old boiler had been deemed at risk, did a quote online with JW heating, was contacted straight away and Mike called me back with a quote. Was the best quote I had so booked in and boiler was installed within a 4 days. Louis and Liam arrived early, were courteous and respectful, did a very tidy job. Very happy with my boiler and the service overall. Would recommend.

I was recommend to use JWHS services by my son as he had used them for a new boiler and radiators I contacted them and they gave me a price there and then started the job 24hrs later Mike the engineer was very clean and tidy he fitted a new boiler and flue through the main roof in a day I would certainly recommend JWHS services to anybody wanting to get central heating can’t fault them would I use them again DEFINITELY

Efficient with excellent customer service
Our boiler failed during a very stressful time for the family as well as it being freezing conditions. Kerry was my initial point of contact and was absolutely amazing. Her empathy, kindness and concern was genuine and effective.She arranged a visit within a couple of hours. From that visit we were given clear direct and honest options.John worked with us to ultimately provide the best solution for us. All timeframes were adhered to and the work was carried out quickly and efficiently with no fuss. I highly recommend this company particularly if you have an oil boiler as a lit of engineers do not service/repair/fit oil. Thank you to everyone with an extra special shout out to Kerry 🙂

Great professional service
We had a new boiler fitted just before Christmas so glad we did . Now that all this cold weather has arrived . The heating engineer was marvellous the quote and everything was really good and the boiler was fitted with the minimum of disruption .
Since having the new boiler. Are house is toasty warm and is performing well .

I carnt highly recommend John Wilkinson enough Over the years I have been messed about with heating engineers saying they will come and they don’t! With John Wikinsons business he lets you know when your service is due and if your boiler stops working he is there to repair it within 24 hours !!! Fantastic company. They arrived, introduced themselves and were respectful of my home. They kept areas tidy, explained what needed doing every step of the way. Had a little problem with the radiators not heating fully, but nothing was too much trouble with a follow-up call. John was extremely helpful. I would recommend this company without hesitation.

Please do not be blindsided by this company!!! This man is a BULLY and I experienced it first hand with an amazing hard working engineer, he worked a two man job for one or should have been a one man job for 2 days, which was given to him as a one day job for one person!!!!! I experienced John the BOSS swearing inexcusably at his very experienced employee, which made me feel very uncomfortable this behaviour is so unacceptable!!!!!

I enquired about a new boiler
I enquired about a new boiler, the week before christmas (!) as ours had just died. Kerry from John Wilkinson rang and talked through options, then John rang to arrange which boiler and when. John was patient (I didn't really know which one was best) and talked through more options and helped us decide.
His engineer, Paul, came two days later and was tidy, polite, informative. I am now warm and couldn't be happier with the service. There was no pressure, just friendly advice.

Absolutely 5 ⭐. Would definitely recommend J W heating to everyone.
John came to do the survey. Very genuine nice guy. Arranged for fitting for 2 days later. Did lots of research before agreeing to fitting.
Liam arrived 2 days later and fitted our perfect new boiler with Hive. His work was A1 and was a wonderful and a very respectful young man. The house was kept immaculate even when there was torrential downpours outside. Thank you Liam and John. Keep up the great work and brilliant service. Price was extremely good too.

Excellent service
We can’t praise the engineer Mike highly enough. He was courteous, approachable and professional. Nothing was too much trouble and he made us feel valued customers. He explained to us at the outset what he would be doing and gave us a timeframe. He kept us regularly updated with how work was progressing and gave us ample opportunities to ask questions. Everywhere was left clean and tidy. By far the best tradesman we’ve dealt with. Really glad we used this company - excellent service.
