To be very honest I was skeptical. 😂 But they delivered FASTER THAN I EXPECTED. They also went to pick up my good from my other shipping company that was giving me issues. They picked up and shipped and it was cheaper. The lady who handled my order was called Yep she was awesome ngl. She kept on reassuring me and carrying me along with every process and how my goods were being shipped. 😂 I got tired of the updates she was giving me. I can recommend them 100%

Amazing company !! Best prices
Had an amazing experience with this company they catered to my every need. I was quoted very competitively and they are transparent with their prices so there are no hidden costs. My order also arrived very fast with no issues it actually came before the expected date, this company also handled all my customs and importation documents for me. I will be using this company as my main logistic provider for future orders.

Fair pricing, but severe delays and poor coordination with forwarders
JW Logistics offers competitive consolidation rates and basic photo updates. However, working with agent Rita Chen was a frustrating experience. Communication was very slow, and our cargo sat in their warehouse for two full months.
Despite using an in-house Chinese agency for customs clearance, they struggled to coordinate with DSV—a major freight forwarder that other agents work with seamlessly. Fine if you are on a tight budget and in no rush, but not recommended if you need reliable operations and responsive support.

Thank you for your honest feedback, and we appreciate your patience. However, we would like to clarify a few operational facts:
Your shipment involved a consolidated 1688 sourcing order, with multiple product categories and several suppliers who had no stock at the time—they required additional production lead times. This was beyond our control.
Unlike many international suppliers, 1688 vendors do not provide export‑ready documentation. Rita had to manually prepare every single document—packing lists, customs declarations, and booking notes—for each batch, ensuring perfect alignment with your cargo.
Your nominated forwarder, DSV, has very strict and specific documentation requirements. We followed every one of their instructions to avoid customs holds or penalties, which inevitably took extra time.
We agree that coordination could have been smoother, and we are reviewing our internal workflows to improve response times. That said, we did prioritize your shipment throughout—Rita was in constant communication with both suppliers and DSV, even when progress was slow.
We respect your verdict: we are a cost‑effective option for budget‑conscious clients, but we are also working hard to become more reliable for time‑sensitive shipments. We hope you might give us another chance in the future.

I've had a smooth shipping experience with this team for at least a year now. Chloe provided patient and timely support all the way, and responded quickly to all my questions. They also handled specific requests, custom packaging and personalisation, for example, without any issue, and always found a solution whenever a problem came up. Everything was arranged properly. Highly recommend their logistics service.

I was satisfied with their shipping services. They were helpful with the exact dimensions and weight for my shipment helping me to avoid overweight fees. I have previously experienced this with another company and it doubled my shipping costs. Running a small business it is very important to have an good shipping company.
