Avoid at all costs, Shocking company, delivered wrong product and wanted me to keep it at a £20 Reduction?
Eventually they took product back with them. I have contacted Jz by phone and web chat about when I can expect delivery of correct wardrobe, but have received nothing regarding a delivery date, which was purchased 3 weeks ago. Having to go through PayPal to get money back… Avoid avoid….

I cannot give a better review for JZ furniture. I spoke with Jawad the owner to check my measurements he was so helpful. I ordered my wardrobe yesterday and it was installed today. Sohail the fitter kept me up to date on his arrival to install and both he and his colleague went above and beyond to help me. I am so pleased with the communication and product. Please don’t hesitate to use JZ furniture.

Do not buy from JZ Furniture. Faulty products and terrible customer service. I bought a Milan Sliding Mirror Wardrobe with assembly and this is what I experienced:

1. No communication at all then suddenly they delivered the wardrobe at 8pm without any warning
2. They were unaware of the assembly requirement and said they weren't able to do it, so left the massive parcel with us unassembled
3. The next day someone came to assemble it on his own when it was clearly a 2 person job
4. He took 4 hours to assemble and it looked like he's never built anything before. After a couple of days it was clear that the assembly was poor as the door came loose, and the mirror cracked (very easily). The owner maintained that it's "supposed to be a bit loose" - clearly indicating a design fault.
5. The owner refused to replace the door and just sent someone to fix it better than the first person did, leaving the huge crack in the mirror there. In the process he blamed the design of my house and my children as the cause of the problem.

Save your time and money and never do business with JZ Furniture.

Avoid this company. They are unprofessional, dishonest and even abusive. The owner is rude, aggressive and has an embarassing habit of threatening legal action; evening they are blatantly in the wrong. You likely won't get your order on time and they will claim you haven't paid for fitting and try to pressure you to keep the item at your doorstep without the assembly service you paid for. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. ❌️❌️❌️❌️❌️

Absolutely unprofessional, disrespective and dishonest. Please save yourself time and energy and steer clear of this terrible business. Had to do a chargeback after they decided to deliver twice without fitting a wardrobe, despite paying for it and refused to cancel/refund the order. They delivered after I requested the chargeback and relied on me to get the chargeback reversed and failed to submit the evidence to the bank to have the cb reversed. Currently hassling me to make a direct bacs payment, putting me at risk of making a double payment and unwilling to speak to me to find a way to resolve this. At this point I'm suspecting that they ar deliberately trying to get two lots of payment from me. I would strongly recommend you stay away from this company. Whilst I have remained respectful and have contacted my bank several times to make sure I've clarified the matter on my end, they have simply been blaming me and pressuring me to make a seperate payment (too). The item itself was fine but they are not items exclusive to this business so please save yourself from the distress and order your items from other businesses.
