Review: Very Disappointing and Unprofessional Experience

I checked the reviews before visiting this place and saw a mix of good and bad feedback. I decided to give it a chance, but honestly, I wish I had listened to the negative reviews.

First of all, their website has no prices listed and very limited information. They insist that you must come in person to get the details. It would have been much more helpful and transparent to know the costs beforehand instead of wasting time traveling there.

I informed them earlier that I would be 15 minutes late due to a train delay, which they acknowledged. When I arrived, only two attendants were working and both were busy. I didn’t mind waiting because I arrived late, but after waiting for about an hour, I asked when someone would attend to me. I was told “in a moment,” and when I asked how long that meant, they said it could be another hour—so about two hours of waiting in total, and even then they weren’t sure. This lack of clear communication was very frustrating. If they had told me the actual waiting time from the beginning, I would have managed my day differently.

The staff were also extremely unprofessional. The male staff member seemed irritated, impatient, and generally annoyed by everything. His tone and attitude made the whole situation worse.
The lady there also seemed very unsure and confused about many things, which honestly made me question how much experience she had. It didn’t make me feel confident or comfortable at all.

Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. Poor communication, unprofessional behavior, and a website that doesn’t provide essential information like prices. I hope others have a better experience than I did, but mine was honestly very bad.

Ich wollte mich für ein Visum in den Iran informieren. Zu erst bekam ich über email keine Antwort und als ich mich vor Ort beraten lassen wollte, wurde ich unsachgemäß von einer Praktikantin beraten, die allerdings ständig nachfragen ging (sie wollten 100€ als Gebühr und müsste trotzdem nach Frankfurt fahren, obwohl das Konsulat in Frankfurt geschlossen hat) und als ich fragte ob ich mit jemand sprechen konnte der sich damit aus kennt, meinte sie ich würde zurück gerufen werden. Das war vor über 2 Wochen ohne bisher ein Rückruf erhalten zu haben. Wenn man selbst anruft, geht nie jemand ran.

Völlig unprofessionell, ein absoluter Albtraum! Die Geschäftsführung dieser Visumantragsfirma scheint keinerlei Interesse an einer ordentlichen Abwicklung der Anträge zu haben. Die Kommunikation war miserabel, und anstatt Lösungen anzubieten, wurde ich ständig vertröstet und ignoriert. Auf meine E-Mails und Anrufe reagierte niemand – als ob mein Anliegen völlig bedeutungslos wäre. Die Geschäftsführung hat es weder für nötig gehalten, auf meine Beschwerden einzugehen, noch Verantwortung zu übernehmen. Der gesamte Ablauf war eine Katastrophe, und es scheint, als ob sie keinerlei Prozesse oder Schulungen für ihr Team haben. Am Ende wurde mein Antrag ohne klare Begründung abgelehnt. Wer so mit seinen Kunden umgeht, hat nichts im Geschäft zu suchen. Finger weg!“
