- Umrah Visa and Health Insurance
- Transportation (Airport Transfers, Intercity Travel, and Ziyarat Tours)
- 5-Star Hotels in Makkah and Madinah
- Sahur Buffet
- Professional Umrah and Ziyarat Guides

Unfortunately, my experience was very poor and did not meet the standards promised in this luxury package. Originally, the plan was to have three nights in Madinah and four nights in Makkah. However, the itinerary was changed at the very last minute—just one night before departure—to five nights in Makkah and only two nights in Madinah. This abrupt change was not only inconvenient but also poorly communicated.

Additionally, the package failed to deliver the promised services: they did not provide the Umrah Visa and Health Insurance as agreed. Instead, I had to apply for the visa upon arrival at the airport, which cost me an additional $105.28 per person. For six people, this amounted to a total of $631.68.

Moreover, the hotel included in the package was supposed to be within a five-minute walk from the Haram in Makkah, which I explicitly requested due to having a 9-month-old baby and the inability to use shuttles. However, upon arrival at Jeddah Airport, I was transferred to a different hotel that was not within walking distance. The new hotel did not offer the Sahur Buffet, forcing me to pay out of pocket for Sahur meals.

They also refused to send confirmation of hotel bookings before the trip, opting instead to inform us about last-minute changes at the airport, blaming others for these alterations.

When I questioned some negative reviews on Google, the staff dismissively claimed that clients who had not paid the full amount experienced downgraded services, which I believe is false since they only provide services once full payment is received.

They showed me a specific airline, dates, and flight plan as part of the agreement. However, instead of receiving immediate confirmations like you would with a legitimate travel agency, details were delayed for several days. When the information finally came through, the flights had been booked on different dates, with a different airline, a different route, and a different total cost than what was originally agreed upon.

Despite presenting themselves as an agency, my experience was that they simply used my card information directly on airline booking websites and then expected additional fees to be paid separately via Zelle or wire transfer — something that should immediately raise concerns for anyone booking travel, especially something as important as Umrah.

When I raised the issue and requested a correction or refund, they refused to take responsibility. I was forced to dispute over $4,000 in charges just to protect myself, and now three months later I am STILL dealing with ongoing dispute problems and financial stress because of their actions.

Selling Umrah packages while conducting business in a way that lacks transparency, accountability, and fairness is incredibly disappointing. People place trust in companies when planning a religious journey, and based on my experience, that trust was completely misplaced.

Overall we had ok experience with this company. They have tried but only place they missed was the hotels. They have promised us to give us 5 stars hotel with breakfast. At the end in Madinah they gave us 1 star hotel and 4 star hotel in Makkah without any breakfast. Others wise they have done a good job.
