Long wait
I ordered a simple white thong 2piece bathing suit, so nothing to dispute there; it fits well. However, the shipping took so long I lost my excitement to receive it.

It’s been 3-4 weeks
It’s been 3-4 weeks and I have not received my order. It keeps saying it’s in ‘transit’ and I can’t seem to actually track the order.

The package took a lot longer than expected, a consistent update would've been helpful. The delivery should also state that it's not door-to-door as necessary arrangements need to be made to collect the items. Also please rather ask what's a suitable location to drop the package (paxi) as the area where my package was dropped off was not a very safe and convenient location and is still a distance from home. Otherwise I'm happy with the product itself, thank you :)

Kaissywear.com is not what I expected
Kaissywear.com is not what I expected. When you order somethings it takes years to arrive and the CLOTHES are only for smaller ladies. MATERIAL ISNT THE BEST AS WELL. Just as long as the clothes took to ge to me the response took even longer. Yall need to do better...inwony purchase from you again...yall quick to sell poor quality clothes

Kaissywear were amazing!
Kaissywear were amazing! I made a mistake while ordering that would have cost me a lot of money but after getting in touch with the team they cancelled my order and let me reorder with the correct coupon code. They were kind, and answered my messages almost instantaneously. I received the clothing I ordered yesterday and it’s such good quality and fits like a glove. I can’t wait to find an occasion to wear it out.
