Ordered an outfit, still not received. Tried emailing but no response. They take your money then don't deliver. Showing still pending it's been over a month now. Never buy clothes online as they will scam you.

Don’t know how the hell they are still selling! Report these guys to action fraud as they are not going by the books! Sell clothes that look nothing like on the website! Such cheap and tacky quality

My mum ordered an outfit last Eid, she did receive it however the size was incorrect and too small for her so she arranged a return. She was actually sent the address to return the suit to and now we are still waiting for a refund and no more replies!!! so without a suit and money, it’s been 3 months!. Absolutely NO COMMUNICATION on all platforms have tried numerous time. Credit card company are now investigating as consumer rights a refund should be given within 14 days.. The suit was brand new and unworn.. As per the below review we will now also be taking this forward to trading standards and get action for this because it’s not fair on people who are trusting a company. Absolute disgrace.

1 star is the lowest option, unfortunately. Regret using this company. No communication. Never received my item and no update or refund given. They don’t reply to you either, whatever platform you use- email, tiktok, insta, etc. Company is dissolved but still trading.

If it’s possible to give no stars, I would. Emailed on two different occasions, still no response. Been over 6weeks and has taken my money. Do not order from here if you actually want to receive your clothes

I wouldn’t even give one star! The worst company I have ever come across and I wish and hope to God they get shut down the amount of times they have played me about. Still 3 months later and no refund given at all. Those who are reading this please contact trading standards on the citizens advice website and ring them up and take them through court to get your refund. I am currently going thru court with this company as they do not even want to respond to my letters to their address. But enough is enough.

Fraud,they take ur money and they dont replay back, do not shop there!!!!!!! They dont deserve one star!!!

This review is for Kala chashma online!!!! I placed my order on payment went on 24th November 2023, waited for delivery but as it was Christmas period I gave them benefit of doubt regarding late delivery as they said expect delivery within 6 to 8 weeks. Once that time had surpassed I attempted to communicate with them via email (they don't reply), I tried instagram as they were regularly updating it got a response telling me to use their CHAT feature on their homepage.

After several weeks/months they decided to ship the order. Told me they have emailed me when it was shipped, turns out they hadn't done so at the time of them saying they had.
Finally managed to get a tracking code which showed they literally did it when I eventually got through to them! Now it seem they are avoiding contact with me and haven't responded since the supposed shipment!

Now in April 13th 2024 they stopped responding to my messages, evri tracking shows as : :We're expecting it
We're expecting your parcel to arrive with us soon and we'll update your tracking once we've received it" & "12:57 - Wed Mar 27

Unfortunately as its been over 120 days bank can't do charge back (I realised too late) and kala chashma have been fobbing me off with their fake shipped tracking number! I just want a Refund!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They have gorgeous items on their site, they take the payment and then ignore you. They sent me the wrong order, ignored my requests to get the matter resolved, ignored my formal complaints, ignored my requests to speak to a manager as the live chat bot was not understanding the issue.
I gave up trying to get a response so I requested a refund and sent the item back, I have proof it has been delivered but no refund and yet again, no response. They have my money I paid for the item, I have paid for postage twice because of their mistake (they sent me the wrong item) and I have not seen a penny of it back even though I have tried so much. Really horrible experience and I'm out of pocket.
