We booked Villa Nefesim through Kalkan Villas. From beginning to end the service was fantastic. Great communication and clear instructions. Baris was excellent. We were able to pay just a few days before arriving too, which was a bonus. Villa Nefesim is stunning. Quiet and tranquil with a beautiful infinity pool. Just 5 minutes from the centre of Kalkan and the many beach clubs. Would highly recommend.

Habe die Agentur zum zweiten Mal gebucht und bin außerordentlich zufrieden. Jackie ist immer bemüht uns extrem geduldig, auch bei vielen Nachfragen und Änderungen. Aussergewöhnlich finde ich auch, dass Jackie und ihr Mann sogar Fragen rund um Services beantwortet, die nichts mit der gebuchten Villa zu tun hatten. Die selbe Erfahrung habe ich auch in 2023 gemacht. Unsere diesjährige Reise steht noch bevor, aber bis hierhin sind wir wieder sehr zufrieden!Empfehlung!!

Wir sind für 5 Tage nach Kalkan aber leider hatten wir Probleme. Der Aufzug funktionierte nicht wir haben mehrmals die Agentur angerufen, leider waren die sehr unhöflich und die haben den Aufzug erst am 3. Tag repariert und am nächsten Tag war dieser wieder defekt. Meine Mutter hat Knieprobleme und musste die Treppen nehmen. Die Wlan Verbindung ist sehr schlecht und leider war die Villa auch nicht komplett sauber.
Wirklich schade. Obwohl die Villa sehr schön ist.

We booked Villa Supernova in Kalkan through Kalkan Villas. Baris was super helpful throughout the booking process and connected us to transfers and chefs etc so we could arrange a few things for our stay. Whilst we were in Kalkan, Mr Umit was our contact and he was also really helpful and always on the end of a phone or available to pop round- though we never needed him for anything significant, just extra water or a quick question. The villa was amazing and had stunning views over Kalkan. We travelled as a group of seven with 2 in our 50’s and five 19 year olds and the villa had everything we needed. The outside pool was the centrepiece of the holiday and had really comfy loungers and plenty of umbrellas.
From start to finish Baris and his team were great and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them or to use Kalkan Villas again.

Baris is helpful. Just let him know what you are looking for and he will succeed. Ultimately, we opted for peace and quiet, nature, a beautiful villa, and a mosque nearby. The city was a bit further away, but that was our choice. Villa Kalist 1 was truly fantastic, and the person who took care of it was...A very nice man. So high in the mountains, it was sometimes cold in the pool. The indoor pool was heated. I hope I can convince my wife to go back to Turkey but to a different villa but 100% through Barish Kalkan Villa. I would like to add that if there are families who looking for a "Halal" villa? You can easily find it at Kalkan Villa. In my opinion, Kalist is definitely suitable.

Wanted to compliment the team at Kalkan Villa who helped us find the perfect villa for our family reunion. Villa Shine is a gem of a property and I'd highly recommend it for a getaway in Kalkan. The booking agents helped us coordinate our transfer and were were insightful on tips in sightseeing, restaurants and sourcing local specialties. When troubleshooting was necessary in the villa, they were prompt to address. Thank you for everything.

Our Second visit to Kalkan with Kalkan Villas and each time they have provided excellent service, pre-visit communication, in resort support and value for money-recommend them as a first class organisation.
4 generous double rooms and two twins (I would recommend a slight change so the the twins can be converted to doubles as required) En-suite facilities great and lots of hot water for showers when we were all getting ready to go out.
The air conditioning throughout was good (not too noisy at night) and the communal living area comfortable.
The real wow is the outdoor space. Excellent pool with lots of comfortable loungers and seating with plenty of shade as required. The views are amazing but you are only ever a quick taxi ride to town or shops.
If you have never been to Kalkan and are thinking about hiring a car DONT! taxis are easy, just whatsapp them and within 10 minutes they will be there.
They town is full of fantastic restaurants (we left a few fridge magnets for the ones we. loved but everyone should enjoy exploring their own preferences.
If you all do one thing in advance book a boat day. We always go with Captain Ali on Korsan Boat but theee are many options for different budgets (£450 for a full day charter up to 12 people including food, which is yum)
Beach clubs are good and diving experience at Kalamar Beach club was excellent ( two teenagers who had done a few taster dives did their PADI open water qualification whilst we were there.
As a final hint ask about the VIP transfer two and from Dalaman definitely with a couple of £ extra.

Wir hatten im April mit der Gruppe von 10 Leuten einen Yoga Retreat in der wunderschönen Villa erlebt. Ich kann die Kalkan Villas nur weiterempfehlen. Es war alles von Service von Kalkanvilla bestens organisiert. Es wurde für uns veganes Essen gekocht. Obwohl nur wenige von uns Veganer waren hat uns allen das Essen total gut geschmeckt und wir haben danach um Rezepte gebeten. Es war wirklich Hammer. Die Villa war sehr sauber, bequem und genau wie auf den Bildern. Die Villa hatte einen wunderschönen Meerblick, den wir jeden Morgen und auch Abends beim Yoga treiben genießen konnten.
Die Kommunikation mit dem Service war sehr nett und freundlich. Es wurde uns schöne Orte und Restaurants empfohlen, die wir sonst nicht finden könnten. Da wir erstes Mal in Kalkan waren, hatten wir stets verschiedene Fragen zu dem Service, die schnell, freundlich und kompetent beantwortet wurden. Aber das wichtigste finde ich, dass alles mit Herz gemacht wurde. Wirklich super nette und sympathische Leute. Vielen lieben Dank an die Jacqueline Scheibel 🙏

My partner & I have been coming to Kalkan for a number of years now and since using Kalkan Villa’s we’ve never needed to look elsewhere. Cem is always on hand for any questions I have both before and during our stay, all of our transfers arranged and the villa’s simply speak for themselves. They make our holiday stress free and I truly can’t say anything bad - highly recommend!

Jackie was so helpful in finding the perfect villa for us. Communication was prompt and efficient throughout the whole process. Highly recommend and would use again!

Hi, we used Kalkanvilla.org and stayed in the "Suit Mona Roza". We were a little sceptical because the accommodation looks extremely good for little money. Airbnb was much more expensive and the accommodations on Airbnb were not offered with nearly as good quality as on kalkanvilla.org. We thought we'd take the risk, as there were 5 positive reviews after all. In the end we were more than happy to have booked with kalkanvilla.org. The best thing about the accommodation was the pool and the view which flashed us every morning when we pulled the curtains away. Kalkan is generally a bit hot in September, but the accommodation is 300m above sea level and therefore more pleasant in terms of temperature. The furnishings of the villa were more than adequate, especially the sofas were very comfortable. The whirlpool, on the other hand, is not as nice as one would imagine. We had problems with the air conditioning which was installed above the bed and dripped onto the bed at night. With a different setting, however, this problem was no longer present. Every morning at 9am the pool attendant Ferhat came and cleaned the terrace and the pool. He was always very friendly and helped us with any questions. We could reach him by Whatsapp at any time. One thing that can be said about Kalkan is that it is very expensive to go out compared to other cities. Many restaurants offer dishes between 10-30 euros. Everything with fish and meat is +20. If you want to go out partying you have to pay even more. At the chocolate Club, wine costs 9 euros and beer 8 euros. Chocolate Club is supposed to be even cheaper than Mojito Club. When we were in Kas for a day, the prices seemed much cheaper. We were told that this is because many English people stay in Kalkan, while Kas is more international.

Unser erster Urlaub in Kalkan war aufgrund der hervorragenden Beratung von Jaci und Cem ganz wunderbar. Die Villa, die uns angeboten wurde hat wirklich unsere Vorstellungen übertroffen. Die Villa war sehr gepflegt, die Einrichtung super schön und der Blick von der Terrasse war ein Traum. Im Vorfeld wurde uns jede Frage beantwortet und wir haben zudem viele wertvolle Tips für unsere Reise erhalten.
Vielen Dank für die angenehme Kommunikation und den super Service ! Wir kommen wieder.

Had a great experience with this company, especially Jackie who has helped us choosing the right house. She was always available, tried to help with every single question - even if it was the tiniest thing. Great agency to trust with your holiday!

We were a party of 9 adults and stayed at Villa Lapis in April 2022. I’m not sure where to start with our praise. Cem and Jackie were fantastic in helping to sort out the villa for us at very short notice, their communication with us was first rate and they even gave us recommendations on restaurants and what to do in Kalkan. Villa Lapis is beautiful and the view stunning. It’s close enough to walk to the old town and harbour (about 10-15 mins and all downhill) and taxis up the hill only cost £2 so brilliant for coming back. The living area, bedrooms and outside areas are fantastic and everything is tastefully done. Kalkan itself is lovely with fantastic restaurants and bars. The food was high standard and extremely reasonable. I’d recommend Sade restaurant for quality and value. All in all a fantastic trip to a beautiful place that I’d highly recommend.

Jackie from the bookings team went above and beyond to assist with any issues and queries that came up and provided excellent customer service and support .

The villa was very comfortable and clean. The silence of the location and view was awesome. The jacuzzi was very relaxing and the pool was heated so we were able to swim in November. The staff was very helpful.
