I had a very nice pair of bespoke internal oak veneered fire doors made by K and D, to complement my rather extravagant kitchen extension. Great service from start two finish and I am really happy with the quality of the workmanship and attention to detail. I rather knew what I was after but was pleased with the refinement suggestions that Larry made on site and extremely pleased with the end product. Would highly recommend the quality of the firm's work. Great two find a firm with such attention to detail.

K&D supplied and fitted a new bay window to the ground floor of our house (and two first floor sash windows).

Their service was great. They have in-depth knowledge of their product, they offered advice where needed and also gave us the choice to finish our windows as we wanted.

The measurement of the bay was difficult as our house is old and nothing was plumb/parallel but K&D measured and manufactured the windows so they fitted perfectly when they arrived.

The quality of the windows themselves is second to none.

We've just had K&D joinery in to overhaul our old Victorian staircase which had been butchered in the 70's and turned into a nasty brown cladded monstrosity.
They replaced all spindles, added a newel post and also sorted out the bullnose & scotia on the steps which has been sawn off in years gone by. And what a wonderful job they have done too!
From initial quote through until installation we found them to be extremely professional, quick to respond and everything was done to a high standard. We were told it would take 2-3 weeks from order to installation; I think it took 10 days. The joiners who came to fit everything were very pleasant, quick and left our home spotless at the end of the day.
We are absolutely thrilled at the work they have done- extremely good quality and now our staircase ties in with the rest of the Victorian house. Would highly recommend and will certainly be in touch with them if we need other joinery bits done in the future.
