Kandoo provided excellent service and support for our recent safari. Tony was an outstanding guide, whose knowledge and insight was invaluable to helping us fully appreciate and understand the amazing ecosystems and wildlife in Tanzania. Tony was engaging, funny, and safety minded, and wowed us with his knowledge of animal behavior.

Kandoo is on top of things! All was taken care of while I was in Peru - airport pickup, hotels, shuttles, tickets, etc. Guides are top notch and are locals who speak several languages and know their way around.

My only complaint was that Kandoo took my deposit for a trek in Peru in February, which is the middle of the rainy season. They did not warn me of this. Fortunately no one else signed up (they were all smarter than me) so my trip was bumped to a different trek in late March was was, it turned out, still the rainy season,

A brilliant Poon Hill trekking experience. Absolutely stunning landscapes and a good level of walking each day. Routes were well-planned, no problems with altitude sickness. Phurpu Danen Bhote was a great and knowledgeable guide and Finzo Bhote was a brilliant porter!

Brilliant trip. Everything was run to a high standard. 😊

I cannot recommend Kandoo Adventures enough ,the guides were outstanding the professionalism of the whole adventure surpassed my expectations. The team of porters and cook was first class. The whole team could not do enough to ensure our experience on an individual level and group level was genuinely perfect.

Many thanks to everyone at Kandoo for helping me summit Kilimanjaro! I enjoyed every moment of the journey, and that was largely thanks to the incredible leadership of our guides, the dedication of the porters, and the amazing meals from our chef.

Every trip can have its bumps along the way. That is normal. The way Kandoo handled our one and only hiccup was extraordinary. The local folks we worked with were also extraordinary. August and team were wonderful to work with and made the adventure extra special.

My trek to Everest Base Camp was amazing! The 2 guides and 3 porters were by far the most professional people that I have ever been with. They did everything in their power to make our trip a success. There wasn't a time that I didn't feel unsafe or pressured to do something that I didn't want to do! The guides were 100% aware of our abilities and always tailored our speed to insure our success. I will definitely be going on this trek again! Thanks again Kandoo for an amazing adventure!

Excellent experience on Kilimanjaro followed by a three day safari. Our trek guides led by August were amazing as were our safari guides. The local team was incredibly attentive and the itinerary was perfect. Our group encountered an issue with subpar accommodations on our last night and props to the team in London for quickly addressing and resolving the problem. I would absolutely recommend Kandoo and their Tanzanian trek/safari team.

Things that made our trip included the totally trustworthy and reliable guides who made the experience a lot easier and the chef and porters who aided our daily 5 star living and were totally necessary:) all together as a team they worked to make our Mount Kilimanjaro climb the best experience it could have been! My daughter and I felt like royalty within a highly capable crew! The set up, tents, toilet, great meal variety and quality and daily health checks and run downs of next days travel was impeccable! We highly recommend adventuring with Kandoo!!! Much appreciated guys:) xxx 🙌🙌🙌

Absolutely brilliant! The staff on our ‘expedition’ were amazing. From the lead guides: August & Raymond, to the guides: Dismiss, James, Ciprin and to the chef and waiter and all the porters. They all gave 100% and made the trip a huge success and gave us all the best chance of a successful summit. The food was really good despite the conditions. And each day when we got to camp it was ready for us…

Our weather was not great from day 3-7 but we were very well taken care of.

On the summit and at camps at the end of the day our guides stood out in their very professional uniforms and were always easy to find.

The safari was very well executed and our guide Tony was soo knowledgeable and interesting. In a few sentences he could explain soo many things, from the migrations etc. one of the best safari guides I’ve ever had (and I am S African).

I would completely recommend Kandoo Travel for this Excursion (and frankly I’m looking at what else they do!).

During my Kilimanjaro trek, the guides were very knowledgeable, friendly , helpful and attentive to all our needs. The porters were hardworking and always had camp set up before we arrived.Also I did a 3 day safari afterwards , and the hotels and guides were excellent, I highly recommend Kandoo adventures.

Kandoo took care of all transportation and lodging and everything worked out well. The guide and porters were excellent and the acclimatization process was a great help in getting up the mountain!

This is a British company, but our entire Kilimanjaro ascent team of guides, chefs, porters and other team members were local people. Our lead guide August had summitted Kili over 250 times, and embodied calm, reassurance and wisdom. Our entire group of 11 attained the summit.

Kandoo is an exceptional organization with top-notch leadership, guides, and teams. They helped me successfully reach the summit of Kili, twice!

Thanks to you, I made my dream come true. I have been on several treks at similar altitudes but I am very satisfied with your organization. guides, cook, camping organization at the highest possible level.

Kandoo Adventures from start to finish of this trip and adventure of a lifetime were fantastic. The UK office staff were so helpful, so easy to speak with and v informative. The Kandoo guides and porters and all their team were phenomenal and looked after our whole group so well. I have no hesitation in recommending Kandoo adventures.
